Guest Access:
You will have a private entrance into the studio located at the townhouse basement. We kindly ask guests to park on the free street parking during their stay and please know the townhouse back area is not included in rent.

Other details to note:
Please remember that you're staying in a studio apartment, not a hotel.

Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

As an insurance company requirement, we request all guests to sign a rental agreement before their arrival.

As a courtesy, we will leave a yearly New York State Park Pass for you and yours to enjoy all NYS parks for free. There are wonderful adventures around!
