We are so sorry for all the trouble the water tank leak and replacement has caused you, and we apologize for it profusely. I understand the need for hot water in the condo at every moment. We were not aware of it breaking beforehand, but we took all the measures for it to be replaced at the time we became aware of it. As you know, the technician who replaced the water tank informed us that the HVAC is on the older side, has issues as well and will give us trouble. As a result, the week after you left, we replaced it as well. We are grateful for your assistance during the time you stayed in the condo and I want to assure you that this equipment did not give us any advance notice that it will break. Otherwise we would have changed it before you came in. We have a history of great reviews with our condo rentals and we try to make it fun and easy for our guests, so, as soon as a problem does appear, we act to correct it. We did send you a refund you for your trouble of not having hot water. The water tank replacement did take 3 days but we ordered it as soon as you informed us you that the hot water stopped in the condo. I apologize that the technician had to wait until the neighbors were informed about the main water line needing to be shutdown temporarily so the tank can be installed. We were not happy with that either. Again many apologies.

We did notice that one of dishwasher’s mounting screws slipped off and we are addressing that issue right now, no problem. We appreciated very much the care you provided during the hurricanes by moving the balcony furniture inside. Thank you!
