Unit 1: 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, dining area, full kitchen
Entry: Stepping inside the main unit, Guestroom 1 greets you on the left, while stairs to the right lead to the upper floor featuring Guestrooms 2 & 3, a full bathroom, and the dining and kitchen areas.

Guestroom 1: A king-size bed hovers above a private living space, equipped with a smart TV and mini-split AC/heater, offering a cozy retreat for both kids and adults.

Guestroom 2: Located at the top of the stairs, this room features a comfortable queen-size bed and a dresser, providing a snug space to relax and unwind.

Guestroom 3: Compact yet inviting, this space is perfect for little ones, with a couch that effortlessly converts into a double bed and smart TV.

Full Bathroom: Positioned on the second floor, adjacent to Guestroom #2 and off Dining Area 1, this bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, and a spacious vanity. Stocked with towels and essential toiletries, it ensures a seamless and comfortable experience during your stay.

Unit 2: Large studio with 5 beds, 1 full bath, living area, dining area and kitchenette.

This accommodation is a large studio and located at the Red Barn House which is a large 3-unit rental property that can be reserved as individual units or the entire property. This listing is for Unit 2 only. Each unit has a separate entrance with a digital smart lock however all units have access to the laundry room.

Beds: Ideal for families, this studio features a variety of sleeping options. Kids will love the playful charm of the twin bunk bed with twin trundle, while adults can unwind in the luxurious queen-sized bed. For a unique experience, there's also a double size loft bed, adding a touch of adventure to your stay.

Living Area: Relax after a day of adventures on the large couch and watch your favorite shows and movies on the Smart TV, providing endless entertainment options for your entire group.

Kitchenette: Prepare quick snacks or indulge in some light cooking in our well-equipped kitchenette. You'll find a convenient microwave, a spacious mini fridge to store your goodies, and a sink for easy cleanup. The kitchenette is stocked with dishes and utensils, making dining in a breeze. And for a touch of fun, enjoy freshly popped popcorn from our popcorn machine or whip up simple recipes on the provided hot plate.

Bathroom: Complete with a bathtub shower combination that offers the choice of a leisurely bath or a quick shower. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience. The first dining area has a round table that can accommodate 4 guests and is perfect for board games, poker nights or a table for the kiddos. The second table can accommodate 6 guests and provides an ideal setting for shared meals and conversations with friends and family. A spacious built-in couch offers additional seating, and the kitchen bar can accommodate 3 more guests.

Coffee Bar: Nestled in the dining room, the coffee bar awaits, offering a selection of coffee pods along with complementary additions to craft your perfect cup of joe.
