3B-2 is a nicely decorated 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Second Floor Oceanfront condo. The dining area offers six seats for the family to eat and enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean. The Kitchen/Bar Area has a microwave & dishwasher. The bar has two stools. Across from the Kitchen there is a Wet Bar. Living Area has a TV. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, TV & Private Bath with large Jacuzzi tub. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and TV. There is an additional Bath in the Hallway. Central Heat & Air. 3 TVs, DVD Player, Stereo with CD Player.

Linens and towels are provided with beds made for weekly stays only.

No Smoking. No Pets.

Rents weekly only from Sunday to Sunday.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Parking Passes, which will be available in your Pr-Arrival Email.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
