Welcome to the quaint, lovely town of Geneva! This charming and unique downtown private Guesthouse has all the luxury wrapped into one! Located off the main house, guests will have their own area to dine outside or sit by the gas fire pit and Adirondack chairs. You can leave the slider door open to have full view of the beautiful patio. A short stroll to downtown Geneva, the wonderful 3rd street that has everything from the best restaurants to the ultimate boutique shopping experience. The Metra train is an amazing way to go downtown Chicago, also within walking distance. During the warmer months the gardens bloom and are beautiful in the back yard, and we love all the variety of birds that have made it their home!
Tastefully decorated with every amenity , this cozy space feels like home. There are trendy stores galore, for those who love to get their shop on, or hopping on the train for a day to explore the city of Chicago to take in the iconic attractions, look no further! This rare Guesthouse provides a one of a kind stay in downtown Geneva. We provide the luxury feel of a hotel but the privacy and comfort of home!

We loved our stay! The hosts were great and had such special touches weaved into the stay, we loved being so close to downtown Geneva, we walked 80% of our stay! It was quiet, charming the place was better in person that on-line. We loved our stay and if we make it back to Geneva, we'd love to stay there again!

Beautiful place. This cozy and charming guest house had everything we needed for an extended weekend stay. Our hostess truly thought of everything, her space is warm, inviting, comfortable and stocked with some sweet treats for both us, and our Labrador Wally. It’s so close to downtown Geneva, and situated in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the proximity to a beautiful park and enjoyed spending time on the deck relaxing in the evenings. Courtney was an amazing host, warm, welcoming and we loved meeting her well behaved rescue dogs, while chatting with her. We highly recommend this home if you’re headed to the area, or even if you just need a quick weekend escape.

Home away from home

We loved everything about this place but first and foremost was the service of the hosts. On top of everything and so quickly there for every question or need. The place is charming and the beds are so comfortable. Any time we are in the area we would stay here again for sure. Plus the hosts made our dog feel so welcome and she loved the outdoor space!!

Our family of four was grateful to find this lovely, convenient, and pet-friendly property when prior (and non-refundable.) hotel arrangements did not meet our needs. Courtney was helpful from the beginning and the property was ultimately just as described. Decor and furnishings were tastefully curated, calming, and quite comfortable. The location was convenient to commitments in Geneva and Batavia, and relatively so to Naperville. It’s helpful to note that the “oven” is actually a multi-function air frier. We weren’t able to find the iron and board when needed, but managed well enough. The shower is among the smallest I’ve encountered, but certainly served its purpose beautifully. We loved the games and available recycling. Highly recommend! Thank you, Courtney!

Beautiful Geneva Guesthouse

This property is a lovely space in the heart of beautiful Geneva, IL. The property owners were very gracious and inviting during our stay. The guesthouse is full of amenities and the owners have been so thoughtful in providing the little touches that make your time away extremely comfortable. Animal and nature lovers will be thrilled by the beauty and wildlife found just outside your door. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Holiday Excursion

Came to town for the holidays to see family and this is where I grew up. This location was perfect!! Courtney and Jeff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and make sure you know exactly what this amazing area has to offer. The space is cozy and private despite being right next to them. I will be back.

Beyond perfect!

Courtney has set the bar to a whole new level for VRBO! Her thoughtfulness was everywhere - area recommendations, equipped kitchen, and spotless accommodations. The location features a beautiful neighborhood, great walking paths, and neighborhood playground. Courtney’s communication was spot on! We have found our “go to” when visiting family here! Like Something Out Of A Movie

I wish I could give this property a 10000/10!! The guesthouse itself is absolutely perfect! So so clean, which is the most important thing to me. The space is so well decorated and in its own little section of peace and tranquility. Everything in the guesthouse smells AMAZING….I had to ask for a list of products it smelled so good! The backyard is a perfect space to relax and give our little pup some space to run around. The neighborhood itself, as well as their downtown is like something out of a hallmark movie! Everything is in walking distance, with so many cute shops and restaurants, and the cutest homes! The property is next to a park which is so fun and convenient! Courtney had great communication and went above and beyond to welcome our family! I would recommend this property to anyone and look forward to coming back and staying again.

Our stay was beyond amazing! The home is so cute and has everything you could ever need (& more! It is extremely clean and beds were very comfortable. There was a welcome gift waiting for us including a new toy and treats for our dog, Luna. The host had a dog bed and bowls as well which was super nice. We felt so welcomed. I would highly recommend to any friends/family and stay again. :)
