-This apartment is accessible by stairs on the third floor (NO ELEVATORS are available on this property). There are exactly 24 stairs from the 1st to 2nd floor & 24 stairs to the 3rd floor. This apartment is located on the 3rd floor facing the back of the property and surrounded by greenery.

There is convenient parking & handicap parking as well at The Well where you will gain entry through one of three doors with your personal fob during your stay. The building is three levels and all are accessible via stairs - (no elevator on property). Building Amenities - Modern premier healthy life style building, chemical free with industry leading water and air filtrations. Secure entrance with key fobs & property has security cameras that are solely monitoring outside the property and public areas within the building for your safety & security.
