Located in the uptown area of Atlantic City, this single family home provides an updated and enjoyable space for a relaxing getaway. Located near the Historic Gardner’s Basin, not too far from the casinos, beach and boardwalk!

With tasteful style and a view of the city from the rooftop deck, this space is a perfect location for a family or group to soak up all the best that Atlantic City has to offer. Only 4 blocks from Ocean Casino, Showboat, Lucky Snake Arcade and Island Water Park!

LIVING ROOM:
-Includes 2 couches & Smart TV (No cable, just streaming apps).

KITCHEN:
-Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

DINING AREA:
-Includes a dining table & a countertop with bar stools.

BATHROOMS:
-There are 3 full bathrooms.

BEDROOM 1: King Size Bed
BEDROOM 2: 1 Queen Size Bed, 1 Couch, 1 Air Mattress (private bathroom)
BEDROOM 3: 2 Queen Size Beds, 1 Air Mattress, deck access, (private bathroom)
-Each bedroom room has a smart TV (there is not cable, only streaming apps), ceiling fans and mini split temperature units for heating and cooling.

AMENITIES:
The home is also equipped with Wifi, a coffee maker, hair dryer, an ice maker, a wine cooler and much more!

BACKYARD:
-There is an outdoor shower & a charcoal grill guests may use. (Please note, we do not provide charcoal or supplies, guests must bring their own.)

ACCESS & ENTRY:
-Guests will have access to the entire home.
-There are stairs to enter the home, to the second floor, and rooftop deck.
-Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes and businesses.

KEYLESS ENTRY:
-There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.

PARKING:
-There is a driveway for 1 vehicle for guests to use.
-For extra vehicles, there is a lot next door for up to 3 vehicles
-Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets.
-We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.

MAIL:
-Do not send packages to the property via mail as we do not have access to the locked street mailboxes for the property.
-If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options.
-We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.

-Property located in a city environment; potential for noise from cars or foot traffic.

SECURITY:
-The home is protected by exterior security.
-There are Ring Cameras in the front & back exterior.

HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS:
At "Vista Villa", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.

CLEANING:
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.
