Dolce Vita Villas - Villas de luxe avec piscine privée

Les villas Dolce Vita sont situées dans le village de Svoronata, un emplacement idyllique à quelques minutes à pied de la plage Ammes an Ai Helis, à proximité de toutes les commodités, tavernes, supérettes, mais suffisamment loin des bruits de la ville.
Un lieu idéal pour l'intimité, la détente et le contact avec la nature. L'espace extérieur de chaque villa comprend une piscine à débordement de 32 m², entourée de palmiers, de jolies fleurs, de parasols avec chaises longues, d'un espace barbecue et d'un coin table à l'extérieur, sous une pergola en bois. Les villas modernes offrent une vue sur la mer et la montagne.

La villa "Christie's" est une villa de deux étages avec piscine privée et jardin. Le dernier étage comprend 2 chambres, un salon spacieux, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle de bains, une grande véranda et un balcon. L'étage inférieur contient une chambre à coucher, une salle de bains, un salon spacieux avec cuisine. Toutes les chambres sont entièrement climatisées.

Beautiful villa, great hospitality

This villa is beautiful, the owner went above and beyond to makes our stay comfortable, easy access to bus stop ( car is not need it, even that we rented a car we hardly use it). Thank you for everything. Highly recommend to groups , friends and family of all ages.

Fantastic place to stay

Can't recommend this place highly enough. Sophia and Christina were fantastic hosts, they went above and beyond when we needed help with anything. Upon arrival we were treated to an authentic Greek meal and a lovely cold beer, plus some traditional Greek sweets too . They even made sure to cater for the vegetarians amongst us. The pool area was very clean and the sun beds top notch. The villa had everything you could need and cleaned to a very high standard. We are looking forward to our next trip back

Total Relaxation

I have been fortunate to stay in a very nice villas in different locations but this villa was exceptional - from the moment we arrived Leon and Maria made it a special stay. Their thoughtfulness and care transformed the stay , they could not have been more friendly or helpful. The villa is immaculately clean , along with the garden and pool - Annastasia who came to clean twice a week was lovely and always made the place look pristine. We felt very spoilt as Maria would super home cooked food for lunches and bring local treats. Cannot recommend this villa highly enough - we aim to return.

Much needed break

It was so nice to get away and enjoy our first visit to Kefalonia at this villa. Christina and Sofia looked after us very well and any small issue was dealt with super quickly. The location for us (a family of 5 with teenage kids) was perfect - it's so close to the airport which is unusual but was great after the flight. We enjoyed the beaches nearby (3 within 5 minutes drive) especially Avithos and the beach bar! There's so many places to visit within an hour's drive. We'd love to come back.

Memorable stay!

This property was perfect for my husband and I...we loved the location, although it is directly under the flight path of the airport! If you’re an aviation buff, you’ll love this added bonus! 😉Close to restaurants, and local beaches. Beds were super comfortable, although I can’t speak to the two twin beds. The pool is lovely, and there is housekeeping services after 4 days. Communication with Christina was easy, and her dad Leon was there to meet us at check in and show us around. Felt very comfortable in our time there.... and it’s such a beautiful location with open spaces behind the villa...yet private at the same time. Would highly recommend!

Kristina is 100Þvoted to her guests stay. Our first impressions of “wow” carried on with lovely touches to make sure our 3 generations of family were happy! Beautiful and clean infinity pool and the villa has a lovely homely feel despite being open and spacious. We would certainly return!

Amazing family holiday villa

A lovely villa in beautiful surroundings. The villa was perfect for six adults and one child, all the facilities you needed plus an amazing pool and garden, everything you could wish for in a lovely location. The owner was lovely and very helpful, always there if we needed her and nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend this villa and hope to return in the future.

Excellent villa well located with charming hosts

For us, this was our second visit to this beautiful island and the fact that we again stayed at Dolce Vita says a lot about how much we enjoyed ourselves. Do we intend to return to Dolce Vita? Yes! The villa is close to beaches, bars, restaurants and shops and is ideally located for exploring the island. For anything other than basic needs, car hire recommended. We chose Greekstones, who offer a first class service. The villa facilities are well stocked, clean and comfortable, both internally and externally. The gardens are beautifully maintained and the pool big enough for a serious swim and for family fun ... very inviting in the heat of the day. The beautiful poolside pergola is ideal for alfresco dining and the balcony terrace is a perfect spot for a sundowner. The icing on the cake .... our charming hosts, who do everything possible to ensure a perfect stay. Just wonderful. Steve & Rita (June 2018)

Amazing holiday, amazing people.

My wife and I are just back from a 3 week holiday in these villas. What a fantastic time we had. From the time we left the airport to our return, the hospitality shown by Leon and Maria was second to none. Leon was there to meet us on arrival to take us to the villa. The villa inside was spotless and the garden and pool area were beautiful and very well maintained. The pool was cleaned on a regularly basis and could not be faulted. The villa was cleaned and the linen was changed every 3-4 days. Maria cooked us a lovely meal on a couple of occasions which was very thoughtful of her. The area in which the villas are located is very peaceful and we had a very relaxing holiday. I would definitely recommend these villas. So much so, I have booked our return visit for next year already. A great holiday and I feel we have made 2 new friends in Leon and Maria.

Welcoming and friendly owners to a beautifully presented villa and pool!

We all loved this villa and the welcome that Christina and Leon gave our family! The pool is wonderful and kept so clean! They went out of their way to help us out on arrival and giving us information on the area! We would be in no doubt that a return visit is a must! Loved the island and our highlight was the boat trip on our last day! Thank you

A perfect holiday!

We visited Kefalonia as a family of 6 with 4 grown up boys. We were welcomed at the airport and taken to the villa, which was immaculate, well equipped and cleaned every 3 days with fresh laundry provided. Everything was as described and more. The pool was well maintained and spotless, set in a well established garden. It was ideal for our family size. Lots of tavernas and beautiful beaches within walking distance. We were well looked after by Sofia who couldn't have been more helpful, without being intrusive. She made a big contribution to making the holiday a memorable one and we will definitely be back at Dolce Vita Villas next year!

We had a super week at this great villa. Everything you could need and the owners were extremely helpful. Fabulous situation. Hiring a car makes it easier to get about and travel the island. Beautiful island with stunning beaches.

Perfect for large group holidays and in a very peaceful setting. Excellent facilities provided

We had a really lovely holiday staying at The Dolce Vita Villas. Right from the start we had excellent communication from Christina regarding our stay and help with any questions we had. On arrival we had a pick up from the airport and a lovely Greek meal waiting for us at the villa which was very welcome after an early flight! The villa itself is beautifully clean and spacious and very well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. The pool and garden area were immaculate which all added to the comfort level. The beach is not too far away.We would definitely recommend a holiday stay here for comfort and being away from the hustle and bustle. A car is definitely recommended. We used Greekstones car rental down the road and were very happy with their service. All in all a lovely holiday :)

Wonderful to return.

Thank you for providing a wonderful base for our Kefalonia holiday. We love the island and the villas are very special.It feels like we are returning home. Peaceful, clean villa with very hospitable hosts

We had a fantastic, relaxing time. Our hosts couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. The property was clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. The area was quiet, about a 10 minute walk from the beach but with several tavernas. We would recommend hiring a car though. Overall, a lovely villa and very relaxing stay.

Beautiful home from home

We stayed at this beautiful villa 2 weeks ago and we didn't want to leave, the villa was everything and more that we needed, the kitchen is fully equipped there was everything you needed and more. The beds were comfortable, my mum & dad stayed in the master bedroom and me, my husband and our 4 yr old stayed in the other room where Leon had kindly put a put you up bed in for my 4 year old, there was plenty of space for clothes in the draws. The entire villa and pool was spotless, pool area had lovely comfy loungers, we had such a lovely stay we all want to return next year. The villa is a short walk to travernas and ammes apartments with a lovely pool bar, fois & Acropolis serve amazing Greek dishes. We hired a car to go to Agarstoli the main town which took 15 mins, there are a few local mini markets which sell everything you need. Myrtos beach is the most beatiful beach with crystal clear water definatly a must see, it takes about 30/40 mins to drive. We had a lovely time in kefalonia, I've been 4 times now and will be returning for many more years, thank you Leon for the amazing lamb and potato dish you cooked for us and Greek salad for my dad's birthday and thank you again for finding our camera and keeping it safe for us when it fell out the buggy when we went out one night. Look forward to returning next year

Clean homely safe comfortable friendly host Leo

Wonderful location close to Ammes beach & Mylos Resturant for evening meals. We love Kefalonia returning again & again after 30 yrs were we spent our honeymoon .Finally found the extra special villa ! Great location ! Great hosts ! Wonderful pool ! Just magic ! Thank you Leo & Mary. We will return.

Close to the beaches, reserved and quite

Exactly as described in the ad, the villa was the first surprise of the holiday: cozy, reserved and quiet; equipped with every comfort. The owners are very helpful and friendly, yet discrete. Excellent pool and sun deck, air conditioning and location of the villa make this solution suitable for holiday for a family like ours. Already I feel the lack.... sic! To try!!! :-)

Lovely modern clean property .

Stayed here for a week last year, didn't want to leave - lovely clean modern villa. Maria and Lion are such lovely people, they were very welcoming , nothing was too much trouble. The villas are in a quiet location but close to beaches and plenty of places to eat nearby.

I' ve visited the island plenty of times and I was lucky enough to discover this accommodation 4 years ago. I haven' t stayed anywhere else since. My husband and I always go for nice facilities situated at peaceful areas, so as to enjoy peace and quiet in a nice environment, but not waste time travelling back and forth to reach the beauties or simply grasp something to eat. This place is ideal for us in this respect. The great hosts, helpful and smiley, the fully furnished apartment, spacious, stylishly decorated and very clean and the swimming pool due are the reasons why we'll be there again this summer!

HOME FROM HOME

We have been visiting Kefalonia for the past 20 years and have stayed in these lovely Villas for the last 6 years and can honestly say that they are a “home from home” for us. We prefer this part of the Island due to the close proximity of the airport and the nearby beautiful beaches of Al-Helis and Ammes both a short stroll away from the wonderful secluded settings of the villas. With the added bonus of a number of small family run tavernas within walking distance to choose from ,all of which offer quality home grown produce, and several mini markets you will only need a car if you want to explore the Island. The villas are very comfortably furnished and well equipped and the balcony offers far reaching sea views, a beautiful tranquil place to enjoy a cool crisp glass of local wine after a day spent on one of the nearby beaches. Christina is the perfect host and is attentive in every respect; nothing is too much trouble for her or her family. You will not be disappointed when you stay at Dolce Vita villas we only wish we had found them sooner. We are already looking forward to our stay with Christina next summer.

Stylish, spacious apartment in a perfect location!

We had a wonderful time in Cephalonia! The apartment was perfect, spacious stylish and immaculate and has since been improved even further with the addition of a private pool for each villa. Christina and her family were very welcoming and gave us lots of useful tips on sleepy beaches to visit and sights to see. There are 2 villas next to each other each containing 2 separate apartments so it would be perfect for families/ friends who want to be together but also want some privacy! There are a few local tavernas within walking distance and stunning local beaches primarily frequented by Greek locals or greek holidaymakers so you feel immersed in the local culture. We stayed for 2 weeks and hired a 4x4 car for 5 days and did various trips including the world famous Myrtos beach, Fiscardo and onto the Lixouri peninsular . We even managed to see the turtles that regularly visit the harbour in Agostolia. We are a family of 4 including 2 teenagers and managed to keep them happy for the duration. Although we didn't miss having a pool when we stayed there the addition of a pool will be an added bonus to this perfect accommodation. It is only 10 minutes from the airport which is a dream! I would have no hesitations recommending this accommodation and will definitely like to go back sometime soon!
