Welcome to 'Salty Thyme'! Let the gulf breeze blow through your hair & the white sand cover your toes at this beachfront condo on the "Best Kept Secret" private beach, Ramsgate Harbour, which sits next to Carillon Beach. As soon as you walk in you will be greeted by a stunning open-concept floor plan and immediate Gulf views. Step outside to the expansive deck from the master bedroom or living area and let this stunning view sink in. It's perfect for entertaining and enjoying the sunset!
**Condo front door is located on the 2nd floor of the building. No elevator, stairs are required.**
LIVING ROOM (1st floor)
The living room is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach! A large flat screen TV is perfect for the games or an evening movie, which you can enjoy from the comfortable sleeper sofa or 2 sitting chairs. One of our favorite spots is the private balcony with a fresh cup of coffee and a good book! The stunning emerald-coast never gets old!
KITCHEN & DINING (1st floor)
The kitchen has been tastefully designed and is fully equipped with everything needed for meal preparation during your visit. Cook a family meal or to just enjoy a snack when taking a break from the beach! The dining table comfortably seats 4 and the kitchen bar has seating for 3.
PRIMARY BEDROOM (2nd floor)
Enjoy a comfortable king bed, Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. Take in the views on the private balcony!
GUEST BEDROOM (2nd floor)
The guest bedroom features a king bed & smart TV! The guest bathroom in the hallway features a shower/tub combo!
LAUNDRY (1st floor)
For your convenience, a full size washer and dryer is located inside the condo and beach towels, chairs, and beach toys are provided for your stay.
POOL
Once you have slipped fully into vacation mode, slip into a bathing suit as well, as the shared pool is a seaside paradise and a path leads to the beach just steps away.
ABOUT THE AREA
This location is hard to beat, as it sits just between everything this city has to offer. The beautiful Scenic Highway 30-A (Rosemary Beach, 30 Avenue, and Seacrest Beach are only minutes west of the condo. Or head east to Pier Park...a family favorite! Winn Dixie and Publix are within a short walk, and for dinner, Bayou Bill's Crab House is right across the street! You are only minutes to Carillon Beach, where you will find boutique shopping and restaurants. For a quiet day of exploring, take the quick trip to Camp Helen State Park and rent a kayak for the day or simply hike along the scenic trails. Ramsgate Harbour has incredible amenities such as its 550 ft PRIVATE BEACH, community pool & covered parking. One Pool that is heated during the cooler months. The property also features a clubhouse and charcoal BBQ grills.
BEACH ACCESS
Head to the pool and access the beautiful emerald coast. Check in with the Beach Service Hut to coordinate your daily beach activities. The exclusive beach vendor is Surf N Sun!

PARKING
In order to park and have access to Ramsgate Condominium amenities, guests are required to complete the online Ramgsgate HOA Guest Registration, prior to their arrival. A link will be sent after the reservation is made. Parking passes are $40 per vehicle with a max of 2 passes allowed.
HOUSE RULES
*Check-In: After 4PM | Check-Out: Before 10AM
*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including balcony.
*No parties or events.
*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
