Located only a few minutes from Lake Galena Marina and the Owner's Club, you'll find a host of amenities both in the Territory and on the property.

The Owner's Club gives you access to a basketball court, indoor / outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, business center, and game room.

At the property there is plenty of space to spread out when winding down for the day, with two living areas and a nook in the master bedroom. Enjoy playing foosball or arcade games after a day of exploring all that Galena has to offer. Want some fresh air? Relax on the patio or balcony with a refreshing drink in hand.

The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, silverware, cooking utensils, pots/pans, and cups. Condiments, spices, and coffee are all provided for you during your stay as well!

Each bedroom is on a separate level providing plenty of privacy.

Each bathroom comes with a full set of towels, makeup towels, hair dryer, and shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion by Public Goods. We also provide an iron / ironing board as well!

In the lower level we also have a washer / dryer for your use.

Access to the entire townhouse, including two patios, kitchen, laundry room, two living areas, three bedrooms, and three baths.

Nestled near the center of The Territory is Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa, known for its 63 holes of championship golf and open to the general public.

For the benefit of our property owners, their friends, family members, and rental guests, The Galena Territory Association, Inc. (GTA) has set aside 1,900 acres of protected recreational land, providing facilities and amenities that include hiking trails, Lake Galena, a marina complex, an equestrian center, and a clubhouse complex.

Together, The Galena Territory and Eagle Ridge offer elegant accommodations, excellent food, tennis, horseback riding, swimming pools, boating, and fishing on 225-acre Lake Galena, and hiking and biking through over 31 miles of wooded trails.

Property owners and their guests are welcome at Lake Galena, the Owners' Club, and Greenspace and Trails in The Galena Territory. They are also invited to participate in GTA activities and events.

Free parking provided in front of the property. The area requires a car to get around or you can walk to the nearby cove as part of Lake Galena.
