Our home offers a hotel-like vibe, where cabin charm meets luxury vibes, with scenic lake views while enjoying a private hot tub, poolside access, and a cozy ambiance.

Kindly care for the space as if it were your own. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible but no one is living on-site 24/7.

📹 SECURITY CAMERAS
Doorbell cameras and exterior cameras are present (front door, front of house, side of house and back patio). NO cameras are present inside of the house for your privacy and comfort during your stay.

📈 MAXIMUM CAPACITY
The Luxx can sleep up to 14 people. For all guests above the maximum capacity, a fee of $30 per guest per day will be applied.

📌 REQUIREMENT
Must be 25+ years of age to book this vacation rental (valid government ID submission will be required).

🛃 Approved guests will be required to sign a renter agreement and provide a pre-authorized damage deposit upon booking approval. A link to provide the above info will be sent following your confirmed booking.

💰A $350 off-platform security hold will be scheduled upon booking. This hold will be placed 1 day prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure (if no damages are reported). Please note: we are API-connected to a hotel-style management software called Hostaway in order to safely and securely take security deposits. This is AirbBnB-approved.

❗ KEEP DOORS & WINDOWS CLOSED
It is very critical that you keep all doors and windows closed when entering/exiting the house to 1) keep any bugs or critters from entering, especially during warmer months and 2) to maintain an enjoyable temperature inside the home.

⚠️ WEATHER CONDITIONS & POWER OUTAGES
We encourage all guests to purchase traveler 🛩️ insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances like storms or power outages, accidents or other issues that may prohibit you from traveling or fulfilling the rental terms as we cannot offer a refund for unpredictable situations.

Your safety is our top priority, so please stay updated on weather reports and drive carefully if you encounter adverse conditions. We want to ensure that your stay at The Luxx remains safe and enjoyable in all seasons.

🐶 PET POLICY
(A) Pets are welcomed to The Luxx ONLY WITH PRIOR APPROVAL. A pet stay fee per pet AND a one-time pet cleaning fee will be applied if request for the presence of a pet is approved (This fee does not cover damage to the property or grounds resulting from a pet, including but not limited to: chewing, scratching, digging and unreported house-training accidents.); and

(B) All local laws and regulations must be followed, including required vaccinations. Please, observe leash laws and do not bring your pet to parks and beaches that do not allow animals.

(C) Guests with pets are asked to please respect the comfort and safety of other guests, both during and after your stay. For this reason, we ask that you please follow these guidelines during your time with us:

1. Pet Information Request: To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to provide the following information about your pet(s):

◼︎ Breed
◼︎ Approximate weight
◼︎ A picture of your pet
◼︎ Proof of current vaccinations

2. Pet Stay Fee: A pet stay fee of $150 per pet per stay is required, in addition to an additional $150 pet cleaning fee alongside the standard house cleaning fee. This ensures that the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after your stay, making it comfortable for all our guests. BOTH FEES WILL BE COLLECTED SEPARATELY FROM THE RESERVATION PAYMENT.

3. Maximum Number of Pets: You are welcome to bring up to two (2) pets during your stay.

4. Furniture: To maintain the cleanliness and condition of the furnishings, kindly keep your pets off the couches, beds AND hot tub!

5. Owner Responsibility:
◼︎ Owners are responsible for their pets at all times, both inside and outside the house.
◼︎ Please ensure your pet is well-behaved and does not disturb other guests or neighbors.
◼︎ Clean up after your pet, both in public areas and in the yard of the vacation property.
◼︎ Do not allow pets on furniture or beds. It is also helpful to bring something (bed, blanket, etc.) on which you know your pet will be comfortable sleeping. Many pets are used to being allowed on furniture and beds at their own home, but this is not allowed in our vacation property. Please, bring any kennel or special bedding your pet may enjoy with this is mind.
