You will also have access to basic cable channels to keep up with the weather and local happenings on the coast! One thing that makes this rental a unique find is that there is an Atari, which provides fun for all on a quiet evening in! There are new TVs in all rooms including a 65" in the living room, 50" in the Master Bedroom, and 40" in the 2 bedrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need to enjoy home-cooked meals and snacks like a coffee maker, oven, refrigerator with an attached icemaker, microwave, and dishwasher. As a cool extra, there is a blender available ... hello, beachside margaritas!

Queens Court is an oceanfront condominium complex within walking distance, not only to the ocean but to the waterslide, miniature golf, restaurants, shopping, go-carts, arcades & more! Sports courts (facility only – equipment is not provided), an outdoor swimming pool (pool typically open May 15 - October 15 9am - 9pm), and courtyard grills make your vacation even better. Buildings have courtyard atrium gardens & waterfalls. 24-hour security gate. Oceanfront gazebo with seating, private walkway & outside showers. Elevators in each building. Sorry, No Pets.

Linens and towels are Provided with Beds Made (Weekly stays only).

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Nightly rentals are allowed with a 2-night minimum (off-season only).

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
