My favorite summer ever. Perfect location. Having AC split units helped with the month of July. Very comfortable. Beautiful view. Host was super nice. Dog-friendly which was so important to us. Would absolutely stay again! Love Steamboat

Fabulous home away from home in Steamboat Springs

Our host and the home were perfect! The views are stunning. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedroom set up was perfect for three adults. I highly recommend this home.

Beautiful views

We stayed for a ski trip and thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful views of the mountains. For skiing we chose to drive to one of the free parking lots, and having the heated garage at the house was a huge advantage for keeping our car and gear warmed up when we would start the day. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Sunrise

This is a very lovely property that was well maintained. Great communication from the owner, who was responsive and helpful. The house is eastern facing which made for amazing sunrises in the morning. Would stay again.

Great Mountain Home

This is perfect property for a family stay! We’ve been coming to Steamboat for 30 years and this home provided tbe best snow removal we every experienced. Marquette was very responsive to Ang questions. Location couldn't be better. Thank you for sharing your home.

Wonderful

We spent 6 nights in this wonderful home for a summer getaway in July. It was very clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The owner was beyond responsive and easy to work with. We zip lined, rafted the upper Colorado river, hiked, and even found King Solomon Falls, which was a tip from a local. We also spent Saturday evening at the rodeo and a lot of time enjoying the views from then deck! It was a short walk to the base area and Wild Plum, which is a lovely cafe and market. I enjoyed this walk every morning to grab some coffee. The hiking book in the house proved to to be helpful - thank you! Our oldest child is an avid runner and loved the many route options available, right out the front door. Thank you for sharing your home. We will treasure the memories made there, and hope to be back!

Gorgeous Views!

Came with family for 40th birthday getaway! Beautiful views with snow everywhere. Very comfortable home with all the details provided: plenty of towels, basic spices in kitchen, sugar, coffee filters, ice trays, detergent, and so on! Love that you have a recycling bin. Heated garage is a nice touch too. The heater works WELL! When the owners say to leave it at 50 at night, they mean it! We are from Houston and cranked it because we just don't do cold! I must have gotten up 4 times that first night to keep turning the heat down. Ended up leaving it at 50 for the night and got the fan from the closet too! (master bedroom). Hot tub was so nice after a full day of skiing! My sisters were jealous that their room did not have robes like ours did! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Loved this house!

I’m hesitant to give a review, I fear we will not get this property again lol -the place was great! It was clean, well furnished, and we couldn’t be happier. Didn’t spend much time during the day in the home since we use it as a base of operations for all of our outdoor activities. Learned after the first day to keep the air conditioner set pretty cool and to pull the shades over the huge windows. The owner suggested this and she knew what she was talking about. Temperature stayed great after making the simple change. We stayed during a hot period in mid/late July.

Could not get over the VIEW😍

This is a really nice house with a well-equipped kitchen, good air conditioning and comfortable beds… But the highlight is truly the view. We spent every morning having breakfast overlooking the flat top mountains. Afternoon sun was strong, but there is an automatic awning to keep the place cool. We had dinner on the side deck, and The sunset to the west every night was gorgeous. Hot tub was relaxing and clean. Thank you so much Marguarite. We had a great time.

Great house near the ski resort, beautiful views of the Flat Tops

We stayed here over Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed the house, hot tub and views. It was great having the use of a garage and a secure place to store ski gear. We fortunately did have some clear days looking our over the valley and also got to see the weather coming in from the flat tops. We would stay here again.

Great house, just as advertised!

The house was awesome for my family of 7. Marguerite was responsive and great to work with. There were plenty of “stock” items there (spices, coffee filters, laundry detergent, food wraps/ bags). Don’t pre-order groceries until you see what’s there. We had an awesome time!!

Close to everything but very private

Had a wonderful time in Steamboat Springs. The house is conveniently located to the ski hill, hiking and downtown. Great set up for parents and 3 young adult children. The views were spectacular and the hot tub clean and big enough for all. Marguerite was easy to work with and very accommodating. Kitchen well stocked and the garage parking is a bonus!

Enjoyable family vacation!

My family gathered at this lovely mountain home for the week of July 4th. There were 7 adults and we were all very comfortable. We had two in each of the three bedrooms and used a blow up mattress in the main room. The area is private, quiet and has beautiful views. We didn't want to leave.

We had a very nice stay here, with 3 adults and a child. Well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The location and views are really special. Enjoyed the deck, hot tub and open-plan kitchen/dining/living area. A/C worked perfectly when needed (we visited during a bit of a heat wave).

Family ski weekend

This was my first experience using VRBO. I found the pictures and description of the rental property to be up to date and we were not disappointed. The property was very well maintained and we felt like we where at home. Our host is very responsive and we would definitely choose them again.

Amazing view of winter wonderland

A very tidy, quiet and lovely place. The view from the living room is spectacular! Shopping and the slopes are just a stone throw away. Marguerite is a great host; communication was cordial and efficient – she made sure nothing was amiss. Very much recommended!

The most magnificent view!

What a beautiful home & great location...we loved it! The home was perfect for the 7 of us. Fully equipped kitchen made it very nice for preparing breakfast each morning. The hot tub was very nice & welcoming after a day on the slopes. I will say we had some issues with getting the temp. right for everyone. My daughter & her family stayed in the bedroom downstairs with two small children & they were too hot even with thermostat adjustments per homeowner's instructions. It took us a couple of days/nights to get it corrected. We would definitely stay here again!
