Our apartment is located in the heart of Santa Cruz, steps away from the warm & inviting waters of Santa Cruz beach & close to the marina, market, shops & restaurants.



No need for a car, everything is within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & more than 2000 sq ft of space for you to enjoy & relax.



The penthouse is great for couples, families & large groups.

The Space:

Discover our expansive penthouse, perfect for families, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, offering over 2000 square feet of comfortable living space. Enjoy two living areas, two small balconies, and two large outdoor terraces, ideal for family time or relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen and convenient laundry room provide all the comforts you need. Stay connected with high-speed internet throughout the apartment. The bedrooms have air conditioning to keep everyone comfortable, especially during warmer weather. From the two side patios, you can catch a view of the ocean and marina, enjoying the refreshing sea breeze. We're located a short walk from Santa Cruz beach and near affordable pool clubs for fun afternoons. Other beautiful beaches are easily reached by a short taxi ride, letting you explore the diverse coastline. Huatulco, a sustainable destination with 32 beaches, awaits your family, offering water sports and natural beauty. Consider the convenience of nearby shops and restaurants for easy access to dining and shopping options.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire apartment.



The Neighborhood:

We are located in the heart of Santa Cruz directly beside the marina and the Holiday Inn. You can walk to the beach and numerous restaurants in 5 min. If you want to venture into the small town of Crucecita it’s a 20 min walk or a 40 peso cab ride.



Getting Around:

There is a taxi stand on the side of the building and they are generally available. available any time, inexpensive & easy to use. the area uses a zone/fee system. 40 pesos to Crucecita/Chahue/grocery store etc. price increases up to 100 pesos to Bocana & 250 pesos to the airport. We recommend confirming the price with all taxis at the start of your trip.



Other Things to Note:

Owned and operated by Canadian & Mexican couple



All bedrooms have AC, however we ask that it only be used when you are in the room and the doors are closed. The apartment is open air, leaving AC on will tax the system and overload it.



We HIGHLY recommend opening the doors on both side patios and let the tropical breeze cool the apartment naturally. We have include photos to show which ones we are referring to. This makes a big difference in airflow for the entire apartment



Interaction with Guests:

As we are not always personally in Huatulco, we prefer to interact vía the app as we can generally solve any requests quicker that way. Of course when we are in Huatulco we are happy to respond in person.
