Nestled within a beachfront resort, this vacation rental villa is a haven of comfort and style. Boasting 5 bedrooms, this oceanfront retreat accommodates up to 14 guests, offering a perfect blend of spaciousness and intimacy.

Enjoy the perks of resort living with direct access to the property's amenities, including restaurants and a sprawling oceanside pool. Step onto the pristine beachfront adorned with palapas and loungers, where bar and restaurant services cater to your every need.

The villa itself is a reflection of classic Mexican architecture, embodying the rich culture and essence of the Oaxacan coast. Revel in stunning resort and ocean views from the private pool, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and indulgence.

The 2 master suites are a sanctuary of their own, featuring king-sized beds, ensuite baths, and private terraces with sun loungers. The three additional suites each offer two queen-sized beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all. Every bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and televisions for added comfort.

RESORT AMENITIES
The Camino Real Zaashila is home to the largest pool in the region, complete with wading pool and beach views. The resort features three restaurants for you to enjoy along with pools, bars and shops. Guests staying in this villa will enjoy complementary use of the resort and the resort amenities. Food/beverages not included.

• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.

Amazing View and Villa!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here in Nov 2024 for two wonderful weeks! The view is breathtaking and you are so close to the beach and pool. Which we loved! It was cool to be outside all the time, as it is all mostly outside except for the bedrooms and bathrooms. Having our own smaller pool came in handy when we were needing to have a quick cool off. The staff were amazing as well! Our maintenance pool guy was there every morning cleaning pool and taking out garbage etc. our housekeeper was also great! We had to use our phones to translate as we only speak a tiny bit of Spanish. She was so sweet! We had the best time and My Huatulco vacations were there to accommodate us with anything we needed! Thanks so much and we will be back I hope 💕

Great Villa for a Mixed Group (couples & singles)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week at this great oceanfront villa. The rooms are spread out on three levels, and included a mix of kings and double-queens which made it perfect for our mixed group of couples and singles. While the main villa entrance from the road locks up tight, each room also has its own lock and key for added security since the common areas of the villa are fully accessible (up the staircases) to anyone with access to the hotel; we only had unexpected visits from hummingbirds and maintenance staff, who were very respectful and went about their work swiftly. The kitchen is small, but well-equipped for our needs since we were out and about much of the time and didn't use it for cooking any 'main' meals. The water dispenser with the included/full water jug was a godsend since our group tries to carry refillable bottles and avoid plastic waste. We made great use of the villa's private pool as well as the ample seating/lounging options around the main deck (like an outdoor living room), which were all clean and very well-maintained by the aforementioned staff. It was a very quick/easy climb down/walk over to the huge hotel pool, bars, restaurants and beach. The beach itself was gorgeous, with plenty of loungers and umbrellas on the sand to enjoy the scenery; and beachside service was always friendly and prompt. The water itself was not very swimmable - there's a drop off along the beach with a strong current that would be a challenge to get across unless you're a very experienced/strong swimmer with excellent timing. I'm a strong swimmer, but as the tide came in I didn't want to chance it (especially after a few drinks). However, the beach is lovely for wading/bathing, enjoying the waves, and there are several tide pools/rock formations that are fun to explore. The sand is rocky/rough in some places - most of us enjoyed the natural exfoliation, but if you're sensitive, wear some water shoes and you're all set. An overall excellent stay!
