In our compact yet well-equipped kitchen, you'll find everything you need for quick meals or snacks. With an induction cooktop, compact fridge, and microwave, preparing and enjoying a home-cooked meal is effortless.
The living room offers a welcoming atmosphere with its comfortable sofa and flat-screen Smart TV. This inviting space is perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures or spending quality time with loved ones, making it a central spot for relaxation and entertainment.
The in-unit washer and dryer are conveniently located within the bedroom, providing easy access for guests. Parking is on the street and also it has a small driveway to the left. the house is in the heart of Durham. Almost all Dtown Durham is transitioning so there are new flips next to old homes.
This property has the potential for noise. The street could be very loud at night and the walls are somewhat thin. Some neighbors like to hang out on their decks and could be loud. Also, people from the neighborhood are very diverse. Additionally, the tenant next door is an elderly lady who enjoys watching TV at a high volume, and you may occasionally hear it. If you are particularly sensitive to noise, this house might not be the best fit for you.
Couches were changed recently so please be aware of that.
