Three master suites, each with its own full bathroom and breathtaking vistas. Two large patios for outdoor BBQ dining and lush green landscape. Half a mile bike ride or off road vehicle drive to the legendary Steelbender Trailhead. Located just a 10 minute drive from downtown.

Comfortable living area with a cozy fireplace and a flat screen smart tv. Fully equipped kitchen with seating for eight. Outdoor patio BBQ dining with view of red rock cliffs.

The unit has keyless entry. The code will be sent to you three days prior to arrival. The entry code is only valid from check-in time on the day of arrival until the check out time on the day of departure.

This property is minutes away from an 18 hole golf course with a driving range. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, this property has ideal access to world class trails. Surrounded by Moab's classic red rock cliffs. You will enjoy views in all directions. Just a 10 minute drive from downtown.15-minute drive to scenic Arches National Park. 30-minute drive to Canyonlands National Park.

Just a 5 mile drive South of downtown Moab. You can rent a Jeep at our adventure partners Canyonland Jeep or use local transportation company Moab Express.

This property is built for golf and outdoor enthusiasts in mind, however there is no garage access. Additional street parking is available per HOA guidlines.
No smoking, parties or open flames(including candles) allowed in home.
