You can look across the water to see the Provincetown Monument standing tall in the distance in this unique location. 

Entering the home from the deck, you find an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. The ceilings are vaulted with skylights over the living and dining space, and are adorned with beautiful wooden beams. It is a lovely bright space! The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of amenities for the home chef.  Down the hall you will find a large primary bedroom with a king bed and its own ensuite bathroom. There is a guest bedroom with a queen bed on the upper level as well, and a full bathroom in the hallway. The lower level ground floor is a spacious room with a full bed, twin trundle day bed, and a half bathroom. For those hot summer days, there is a mini split for cooling in the living room, and central AC throughout the rest of the house.  

The greatest appeal of Cranberry Hill House is the access to the private neighborhood association beach that is only a couple minutes walk from the property. Spend your days sunbathing, swimming, fishing, and watching the sunset over the horizon. While this never gets old, there are several other local attractions that are sure to please your group. Truro Vineyards is five minutes away, where you can sample some amazing locally made wine. If you are in the mood for Italian food, Montano's is a nearby local institution known for their homemade pasta! You will also find yourself minutes away from all the beauty that the Cape Cod National Seashore has to offer.
