The winter months are best spent at the Winter Park Resort and nearby tubing hills. During the summer, enjoy mountain biking, golfing at Pole Creek Golf Club and hiking at the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests. The West Entrance of the Rocky Mountain National Park is a beautiful, 45 minute drive away.
Decorated with comfort in mind, the interior of the condo boasts an open-concept layout and modern amenities. The living room is composed of leather sofas and a smart TV. When extra warmth is needed, flip on the dual-sided gas fireplace. When you aren't indulging in one of Fraser's local restaurants, utilize the well-equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite feasts. Dining is made a breeze at the expansive dining table. The connected garage allows for easy luggage unloading and no scraping ice off your car!
This condo provides a tankless water heater with plenty of hot water for all, as well as a private washer/dryer. There is a jacuzzi tub in the primary bath, and soft linens in both bedrooms invite you to a good night's rest.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ).
