Nina Street House is located on a large, secluded wooded lot within walking distance to the ocean. This class beach home is perfectly located to be within a short drive to the local sights and sounds of the Crystal Coast, including historic Swansboro, and a scenic drive to the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores, Fort Macon State Park, and even the charming town of Beaufort.

Level One: Large, open Living Area has a huge Gas-Log Fireplace! Sitting Area is just off the Living Area. Half Bath. Dining Area has access to a spacious deck with furniture for outside dining! Kitchen Area has a Microwave & Dishwasher. Tall Cathedral ceilings throughout! Bedroom 1 has a Queen Sized Memory Foam Mattress. Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed. Both Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a Bath.

Level Two: Loft Area contains a sofa - a perfect place to just hang out and enjoy the company of others!

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
