This magical haven offers a perfect balance between serenity and city life, providing a best-of-both-worlds experience for your stay.

The Space:
Experience luxury in every corner of this enchanting retreat featuring a shared heated pool and jacuzzi. Our grand suite, Casa Carmen, boasts three large king-size bedrooms, each with their own ensuite. Additionally, the unit has its own studio apartment, perfect for added privacy to travel with the family's personal assistant, nanny, chef, or in-laws. The Studio features multiple access points, allowing you to step into the inviting atmosphere from both the main house and private entrances. Casa Carmen comprises a total of four bedrooms; the beds have comfortable memory foam mattresses and luxurious 400-thread-count, 100% cotton linens. The unit also includes a very spacious living room with a fireplace, two kitchens with state-of-the-art appliances, a formal dining room, as well as a large screened-in lanai for dining, grilling, or relaxation with a good book. The front porch with rocking chairs are perfect for morning coffees.

Historically, the property was an oak tree farm, surrounded by ancient oak trees that create a magical experience. The trees lining the entrance are illuminated with twinkle lights, making evenings on the front porch breathtaking. This magical estate offers three separately bookable suites, providing privacy and comfort for each guest. These suites can be opened to each other, ideal for large family gatherings, retreats, corporate events, reunions, and more, accommodating a total of 18 guests. Please note that in this listing, you are only booking the Casa Carmen unit. If other units are booked by others, you will be sharing estate with them. House Rules:

While you immerse yourself in the beauty of the estate, please note that, in respect of the property's serene atmosphere, loud gatherings are kindly discouraged after 10 pm. With three king beds and an additional trundle bed, Casa Carmen accommodates up to 8 people, making it an ideal destination for families and groups.

-No smoking or vaping inside units or near exits, the lanai, and shared spaces, including the pool deck. Designated smoking areas are near the recycling bin; dispose of refuse properly.
- Pool use for those under 16 requires adult supervision; no horseplay or diving allowed.
- Observe quiet time 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
- Prepare for mosquitoes with bug spray; extinguish outdoor bug repellent devices after use; keep doors/windows closed after dusk.
- No parties or large gatherings; additional guests must leave by 10:00 PM.
- Replacement fees WILL APPLY for missing or damaged amenities, utilities, décor, or equipment.
- Towels, linens, and toiletries provided; refrain from taking them to avoid additional fees.
- Clean up after pets and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Conserve energy; turn off air conditioning when opening windows/patio doors.
- Be careful with food, beverages, and sunscreen products to protect indoor furnishings.
