Regarding the temperature upon your arrival, each room, including the kitchen and living room, has its own A/C unit. These units are not pre-set, as guests typically adjust them to their personal preference upon arrival. Upon check-in, you noted that the stairs were unsuitable and that the apartment was warm. I understand you made some use of the apartment before deciding to leave. While I appreciate your feedback, I must clarify that the listing accurately reflects the apartment’s details and amenities.
