Beautiful, cozy, newly constructed apartment on first floor of a multi family home located in a residential area. Walking distance to several grocery stores, convenience stores, pharmacies laundromats and restaurants. Close to all major modes of transportation and can be in Manhattan within 30 minutes via the express bus. About 15 minutes from JFK and 20 minutes from LGA airport with normal traffic. Free street parking available.

You have everything you need to make you feel right at home. Keurig coffee machine, full kitchen with everything you would need. For entertainment you have a 60 inch TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, and Showtime. Clean bathroom stocked with toiletries and essentials.
