The space
For planning purposes, the property layout is as follows:

A main house with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, full gourmet kitchen open to a large living room and custom dining table to seat 12 with a double slider walking onto the large (non-heated) pool and (non-enclosed/non-screened) patio with BBQ grill. Just on the other side of the pool is a separate guest house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, its own kitchen and sitting area/TV.

• Perfect for multiple families, professional teams or larger groups up to 20.

The main house bedrooms/bathroom layout consist of:
• Bedroom/Bathroom 1: Master Bedroom with a King bed, 55 inch smart, 4K LED TV.
En suite bathroom with dual vanities, carrara marble shower with dual rainfall shower heads in a frameless glass shower enclosure.

- Bedroom/Bathroom 2: Queen bed with a 55" LED TV, ensuite bathroom with marble shower and a private double slider entrance to the pool deck.
- Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with a full size trundle underneath. 55 inch LED smart TV.
- Bedroom 4: Bunk room with 4 full size beds
- Bathroom 3: Marble shower / bath combo shared between bedroom 3 & 4 - open to the main living space as well.
