Welcome to our Florida vacation home. We love our home and know you will too.

Upon entering the home you will find an open airy floor plan, overlooking the pool.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, with modern linens, and bedding. Along with dual walk-in closets. The en suite master bathroom has two vanities, a large shower and a tub. The bedroom sliding glass door leads to the pool and lanai, a perfect spot for quiet sunbathing and reading.

The second bedroom features a queen size bed. With the guest bathroom across the hallway.

The third bedroom has a king size bed. There is also and en suite bathroom with a shower.

The dining area has a glass table, which seats 6. A great spot for meals, games and conversations. The dining area has sliding glass doors leading into the outdoor pool/lanai area.

In the lanai/pool area you may enjoy lounging outdoors around the pool or the comfortable seating. The lanai/pool area is fully screened to enjoy the outdoor living space. There is a propane gas grill available to use.

The kitchen is stocked and organized with plenty of counter space and cabinets. The kitchen contains a large refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave. All small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, blender. Dishes, pots, pans, glasses and silverware etc. are included. A perfect spot to enjoy a cup of your favorite beverage and take in the gorgeous view, would be the counter height bar stools in the kitchen.

The living room has a comfortable couch and ottoman and furnishings along with a 50 inch TV.

There is also a laundry room, with a washer and dryer, for your convenience. Linens and towels are set up, with additional, in the linen closet.

The home is located, in a quiet, full-time residential area, on dead end cul-de-sac streets. Very close to restaurants, shopping, golf courses, beaches, boating, fishing, local parks and attractions.
