Come enjoy a wonderful vacation at North Carolina's Crystal Coast in this Coral Cottage! Coral Palms Cottage is a quaint 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath cottage located right on the Emerald Isle Beach! High Speed Wireless Internet Provided!
Ground Level: Apartment with 1 Queen + 2 Twins (Linens not provided in 2025). Full Bath. Note: Apartment cannot be accessed from inside the house. It can only be accessed from the oceanside exterior door on the ground level. Laundry Room with Washer/Dryer.
Level One: Level one is the main living level. The Kitchen, Dining Area, and Living Area all join to create a very open, airy place to relax and enjoy your vacation. In addition to the major appliances, the Kitchen includes a microwave and dishwasher. The Dining Area has a table that seats 6. The spacious Living Area contains a comfortable, oversized sofa and chair, as well as a Color Cable Flatscreen TV with DVD Player. Off of the Living Area, there is a covered deck with chairs and a shower. There are gates blocking the stairs to prevent small children from wondering off of the deck. Bedroom #1 is Street Side and has a Twin Bed and a Queen Bed and a Flat Screen TV. Bedroom #2 is the Master Bedroom. It houses a King Bed, Private Bath, and TV. There is an additional Bath off of the hallway. Bedroom #3 has two Twin Beds.
Additional Amenities Horseshoes, Gas Grill, Coffee Maker, CD Player, Phone, Blender, and Toaster
Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays. In 2025, Linens are not provided for Ground Floor Apartment.
No Smoking.
Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.
Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Companyâs Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
