Enjoy the beautiful ocean scenery while taking in the smells of the fresh salt air from the covered outdoor decks! The Lawn at this property is perfect for outdoor games. There is a Basketball hoop located in the driveway and pool basketball is also available. There are also other Games and books available at the property and it is just a two minute walk to the beach (beach access directly in front of the house in front of us).

Floor 1: Recreation room with Smart TV, Bar (Includes: refrigerator and sink), Full bath with walk-in shower, and sliding door to access pool area. Separate exterior laundry room with beach chairs/games. Outdoor cushioned seating area wwith lights. Hot/Cold enclosed outdoor shower. Pool with outdoor furniture/chaise lounges.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
