*Booking includes 10 amenity badges - which will grant access to following: 5 lakes, 2 beaches, 2 pools, 2 basketball courts, 1 tennis court, 3 playgrounds. Any lost badges will result in a $20 replacement fee, children under 6 do not require a badge.

AWD/4WD highly recommended in the winter months as we are located in the mountains and roads can get very icy.

Guests are required to register with Indian Mountain Lakes, however we will handle that for our guests. You will be required to provide us with the following in order for us to fill out the form for you:
*Name of renter
*Primary mailing address
*Primary phone number
*First and Last name of each additional guest

** Information is due 4 days prior to check in before check-in instructions will be provided**
**NEW COMMUNITY RULE, if booking 2 days before check-in it is a $75 security rush fee.



Included in our nightly rates is a $62 community fee that we do not get any of the proceeds from, this is strictly for our community to process our guests with security, 24-hour/7-day-a-week community security and to pay for all of the amenities our community provides.
*To book The Hideway at Winding Way you MUST be at least 25 years of age. We will need a form of ID to prove that the person renting is 25 years old. No exceptions to this policy. The person renting property MUST be present during the stay--no bookings for any other parties allowed.

*DOGS - We need to be notified of all dogs at time of booking, $40 fee applies per booking. All dogs must be leashed in the community, while off our property. Please clean up after pets both inside and outside. Any damages, stains, or excessive hair left behind by your dog will result in additional charges. We ask that pets be limited to 2, but feel free to ask us if you have additional. Cozy Nests must be notified of all dogs in advance of booking.
*Dogs should be on flea and tick meds and/or cream. We will ask this to be confirmed when you book. We are in the mountains where these insects are present so this precaution is necessary.

*No unregistered guests allowed, all visitors must be listed on the booking
*NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED
*No fireworks - you will be responsible for all fines imposed by the IML Community
*No food down the drain
*Only flush toilet paper down toilets
*No glass in hot tub
* No jumping or diving in the hot tub!
* Children under 5 should not use our hot tub.
* All children should be accompanied by an adult while using the hot tub at all times.
*It is not recommended to use hot tubs for longer than 30 mins at one time. If you feel faint, please exit the hot tub immediately.
* Women who are pregnant are not recommended to use hot tubs.
*Absolutely nothing besides people is allowed in our hot tub this includes but is not limited to, confetti, water balloons, pool floats, pool games, pets, glass of any kind, etc.
* Any damage to our hot tub will result in extra fees, please respect this expensive amenity we provide.
*Do not leave trash/food outside. Wildlife live in the area and will get into any trash or food left outside. Please tie all trash bags tightly and place in cans under the deck. Be sure to secure the lids tightly as well
*Firewood for fire pit will be provided in holders on side of deck. No guests permitted in wood shed for safety reasons
*Township may implement burn bans at their discretion, property management will notify you of any bans in the area
*Guests will be responsible for all fines/speeding tickets imposed by the IML Community, please adhere to posted speed signs
*Any lost amenity badges will result in a $20 replacement fee, per badge.
*No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home- this includes vaping.
*Please note checking out on time is extremely important to our cleaning crew's schedule. Any unauthorized late-check outs will result in fees.
