Beautiful Spacious ATL Home Family Friendly

This booking was by far our worse booking we have had thus far .we are super host on Airbnb and never had one negative review . We are very attentive to our guest and we accommodate them as much as we can . Vrbo allowed this booking even tho we had a guest already in house the same day which we don’t allow . I called the guest letting him know the house will not be ready as we had repairs already booked . The guest informed us that many host had cancelled his booking last min and he was desperate. He agreed to still host knowing the house would not be ready . The guest is did not know how to use the thermostat so our property manager showed them how it was not broken. We provided access to the house 3 hours prior to check in even tho we told the guest it was not ready but he insisted . The house was not able to get in order because guest did not allow the allotted time to complete job because of an event they was trying to host at property. Bryan was very respectful when communicating but he had a guest who was very unpleasant . We fixed every issue the guest had as soon as it was brought to attention and even paid someone to come on site to make sure things were ok .
