ALLURE VARNA studios are one-bedroom luxuriously furnished studio apartments in the newest complex in St. Constantine and Helena, Azur Premium 1,won the special annual award of the national competition "Building of the Year 2022" built in a modern design with modern architecture and uncompromising quality, in a natural green park, near the beach and beaches. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with appliances - oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle for hot water, refrigerator, also the necessary utensils and washing machine.
They have a large double bed, as well as a sofa bed for a third person, flat screen TVs and over 250 TV channels with perfect quality, as well as high-speed free WIFI internet. Each apartment has a wardrobe, dining area with table and chairs, spacious veranda with a relaxation area and a view of a unique private garden, with rare and exotic plants, a water mirror and a swimming pool. Each apartment has its own modern bathroom with toilet and shower. The common areas have purified air ventilation, floor cooling and heating with heat pump, temperature control.

Guests of Allure studio can use for an additional fee the services of Renew Sport Center - Spa , built entirely for connoisseurs of tranquility and luxury. The water in the pool is salty, purified by the latest technologies, by electrolysis, without harmful chemicals and chemicals. Children are not allowed in the Spa and the indoor pool .
