Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, the kitchen, the private patio, and the hot tub. Please note, the garage is locked and not available for guest use.
We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their vacation. We offer a seamless self-check-in process and will not be present at the property during your stay. However, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or recommendations via the booking platform messenger.
Long-Term Stays: For reservations of 29 nights or more, an additional insurance fee will apply. Please inquire for details before booking.
Hot Tub: The private hot tub is professionally serviced between each stay for your health and safety.
Fireplaces: Enjoy the ambiance of our two indoor fireplaces during your stay.
Cancellation Policy: We understand plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
Teton Valley Property Management Rental Agreement is required to be signed upon booking this property.

Check in is at 3 pm and check out is at 10 am unless otherwise specified.
