Cette grande maison de cinq chambres avec une piscine priv���e est situé à moins de deux blocs de la plage et est entour���� par de magnifiques ch��nes et paysage tropical. Avec plusieurs espaces de vie, les ponts et les porches il y a beaucoup de place pour le confort pour tous! Les autres caract��ristiques comprennent: cuisine entièrement équip��e avec deux fours et lave-vaisselle, machine à glace, cheminée, tél��vision par câble, t��lévision à écran plat, un lecteur DVD, un accès Internet, un jacuzzi dans le bain ma�����������tre, barbecue, hamac, balançoire avec toboggan et piscine priv���e ( chauffage pour piscine et bain ���� remous sont pas disponibles). A Dunes Sportscard sauvage est ��galement disponible avec cette maison - il permet l'utilisation de Wild Dunes Centre de remise en forme, courts de tennis, des programmes pour enfants et piscine pour les frais supplémentaires. 3242 pieds carrés. Great Family Vacation Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent a week with our family (six people in total) and had a fantastic time. Close to the beach, spacious (sleeps up to 10), two den/entertainment areas (upstairs and downstairs) and a beautifully redone new kitchen area. Two refrigerators (one downstairs and one upstairs) and an ice machine (key for a beach trip). Landscaping and outdoor decking is top notch. Pool provides great relaxation after a day on the beach. Sonos audio system. Working grill, beach games and a couple of bikes provided by owners. Island Realty very easy to work with. Would highly recommend this home for a relaxing and fun vacation spot on Isle of Palms.

Satisfied for the most part

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were a few dings in the stay, but it was mostly a good experience. There are a lot of steps! Pool was kept very nice although one day they had to shock the pool so not swimming for in it for 24 hours. I don't see how we could have gotten 6 cars in the driveway. We had 4 cars and it was tight. Master Bedroom mattress very soft! It was a maze to find what switches turned on what lights, etc. Some jigsaw puzzles had missing pieces, but that wasn't part of the deal anyhow. All in all, a nice place to stay! I would recommend it. We called maintenance 2 times and promptly responded and took care of the situations!

It's about a 3 block walk to the ocean, but we rented a golf cart. The walk wasn't bad at all, though. The pool is nice and mostly shaded. Great parking. Quiet street. The house is tasteful and comfortable with great WiFi, AC, etc.

It's our favorite of the Island Realty properties.Our stay was during COVID-19 in 2020 - having the pool was huge. Food delivery from local restaurants was delicious. My Granddaughter is in the Air Force and was turning 21. Only drawback was 1 roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms. With women this goes fast. 1 Roll of paper Towels. I was lucky I had extra in my car. 1 Dish Towel and 1 dish cloth. Just bring extra if you come :) Keri was a great agent! Thanks for the last minute find for us!

The rooms are big and the main living areas (den, kitchen, dining) are open and allow for plenty of room to move about.. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, and dishes, there’s a beautiful wet bar in the den, and there’s a huge pantry to store food items, drinks, etc. We enjoyed having the pool, and it was cleaned halfway through the week. As beautiful as this home is, and the upgrades that have been made to it, the only minor complaint is the oven was not up-to-par; we cooked a lot, as we were here during COVID19 right after the beaches and short-term rentals opened up. The oven worked, but the clock/timer did not, and we ended up almost burning a couple of things. Overall, We loved this rental!

The home was well maintained, tastefully furnished and spotless!! Location to the beach access was very convenient. Our five grandchildren totally enjoyed their space in the lower living area. The spacious upper family/dining/kitchen area was an enjoyable amenity. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the pool and fire pit. Great experience!! Everyone loved this home and we hope to vacation there again!

No laundry soap and little kitchen dishwasher soap. Having to buy gives more than needed and for those flying it’s a waste. But would be nice to know before arriving. But it was a great place. Also lots of leaves on porches and outside furniture. Would have been nice to have a battery leaf blower to clean of. It really needed it daily this time of year.

Good, Bad and Not So Good

But, the kitchen sink did not work properly; the water trickles and does not flow. This made washing dishes and cleaning the kitchen difficult. BBQ grill was not cleaned. Guests purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the grill with 1/2 grocery bag of char and grease. Kitchen smelled upon check in due to garbage disposal not working. Was advised by agent maintenance the garbage disposal not working. Had to take interrupt my time on vacation to not leave on personal belongings unattended in house. Workers though were very polite and professional.*Soaker tub stopper in Master Bedroom did not work. Guests said maintenance told them that it is a custom stopper and could not immediately repair. Our daughter graduating from College of Charleston to be able to utilize the soaker tub as a treat for the weekend.Ceiling fan in master bedroom was not working. We were advised by agent, but made sleeping uncomfortable due to overnight setting of central air conditioner.Four bathrooms for our 11 guests which was great, but hot water was limited when all in use for bathing.Beautiful home and amenities, but needs to get the basics addressed.

Awesome landscaping/pool/fire pit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our house, especially the outside. The landscaping is beautiful as well as the pool area and fire pit area. Unfortunately, we called for maintenance on Tuesday and no one came to fix the running downstairs toilet and/or get A/C into one of the rooms upstairs (which was very hot throughout the week). Also, the light switches throughout were confusing at best. They were certainly in weird places. We couldn't get the outside lights to work in the trees and needed to get help to figure out how to turn the pool lights on. Lastly, they advertise "hot tub" but the water is not hot.

It's very lovely decorated, pairing natural elements and original floors with modern and new age updates. There was plenty of space for all 3 families who stayed there and the kids loved it as well. Their ages ranged from 3 months to 6 years so I was a little worried about the pool out back but turns out the toddlers loved the "baby pool" that they could stand up in and play with their swim toys while we enjoyed the larger pool connected to it. I would absolutely stay at this home again. Checking in and checking out was a breeze, no complaints all praise! Thank you Island Realty for a wonderful trip.

Big, great location...Avoid if you have dust allergies

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had bicoastal family meeting here for the holidays and needed a large space with plenty of outdoor access and in proximity of the beach. We cook and bake and I loved the updated kitchen with every small appliance of baking tool imaginable. What we didn't love is that the second master is the room packed with 2 double beds, so it had to be used for a family rather than for another couple. Waste of a private bathroom. The upstairs master bath is in desperate need of an update. The jets on the whirlpool tub were dirty and the separate shower was very short. But the decks and morning sun in the master bedroom were wonderful. The most disappointing issue won't affect everyone, but the furniture and rugs were so dusty and mildewed that we had to just sit on the dining room chairs or bar stools to avoid allergic reactions. I picked a property specifically stating no pets, but there are dog bowls in the kitchen cupboards. We have children with allergy problems and I should have asked more specifically about that. The furniture needs to be replaced, though, as it is sticky and damp and is clearly exposed to ocean breezes but not cleaned. We found the location quiet but not stuffy for our crew of all ages, and we even met the great neighbors who helped us avoid parking tickets and came to check out our Christmas lights! If the pool had been heated and the furniture cleaned, it would be a house we would return to next Christmas. It would also have been great to be warned the fireplace isn't was one of the factors for choosing this house for winter, but we didn't want to mess with the work involved to get wood and then hope it would vent properly. The sonos system was great but wouldn't stay connected because the wifi was so bad (Speedtest at 4-6mbps). The kids complained. Fun week, will be more specific when renting from the island company in the future since any real issues could have been avoided. Easy holiday key pickup and checkout.

Golf Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We take a trip every year for a golf tournament played at The Wild Dunes Harbor Course. While the men play golf the women go to the beach. This house worked great for us! It was so close to the Wild Dunes entrance and also walking distance from the beach. Plenty of space for that many adults and the pool was great! The house has lots of kitchen equipment. We cooked almost all of our meals at home. The table was large enough for our big group. We would stay here again anytime.
