The Grand 180 Degrees Sea View Villa offers modern conveniences and is the perfect place for retirees, couples, and digital nomads looking for the comforts of home with the many amenities that come with a resort community.

This luxe beach-style villa features two cozy bedrooms. The first room is equipped with a comfy King-sized bed, while the second room is equipped with 1 Full-Sized bed and 1 Twin-Sized bed (Great for Children or additional guests). For additional sleeping beds, there is a Full-Size Airbed provided for 5+ Guests. Both rooms are similarly equipped with a Spacious Closet, LG Televisions, and A/C units to keep you cool. You can begin Enjoy watching your complementary Netflix. Feel free to store your valuables in the safe provided.
There are two full bathrooms inside the Villa. One is a private ensuite to the second bedroom and one is in the hallway between the first bedroom and the main living area. Both bathrooms feature luxurious walk-in showers with dual shower heads, basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and a hair dryer.

The modern kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up tasty meals, including new stainless-steel appliances (refrigerator, gas stove with oven, and microwave), the World Class Keurig coffee maker with complimentary Starbucks Coffee & creamer, Kettle for Teas, a Toaster, Cocktail Shakers and all the necessary dishes and utensils.
