Very nice stay. Third year returning to this property. Comfortable and clean. Convenient location for my travel purpose. Could have used a can opener but I may have just missed it. I will definitely use this property again.
Pictures dont do this home justice. Very welcoming home! The beds and pillows were amazing had a group of 13 guys and not one complaint. Sheryl was amazing and very helpful. We will be back!

There is nothing private about this
This is not private and it's not your "own home". There is no thermostat in the unit. That's right, if you want to control the A/C YOU HAVE TO MESSAGE THE HOST. What a joke! I found this out the hard way when it was blasting through the vent late Friday night. Closing the vent created a loud whistling noise which was worse. I contacted the host the next day and she said it was connected to central air in the main house, and I would have to contact her for changes. Then, she told me there was a "space cooler" in the living room I could move to the bedroom. By "space cooler" she meant a floor fan. SERIOUSLY!As a previous guest pointed out, it is a garage conversion that was clearly done without permits. There are at least 4 different floor levels, 3 in the bathroom alone. That's all well and good, but no thermostat??Early Saturday morning I heard a television. It was strange because there is no TV in the bedroom. It was coming from the main home, which is separated from this unit by a thin closet door.VRBO has a commercial about how staying with a host is bad. This is probably worse. At least one would be able to access the thermostat while staying with a host.Neither VRBO nor the host offered any solution, so I am going directly to my bank to dispute the charges.
