- Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place! Just a 5-minute drive from the Rose District đčand a 20-minute drive from Tulsa, you'll have quick access to any local destination.
- This home has a fenced in yard - well-behaved pets are welcome as long as they are paid for ($50 pet fee) and included in the booking! đŸPets are NOT allowed on the furniture or in the beds.
- Smoking of any kind is not permitted. đ
THE SPACE:
- This 2,100 sq foot, newly renovated home has an open concept living room and dining room that moves seamlessly into the galley kitchen on the main level.
- 1 king size bed and 1 full bathroom are located on the main level. There is 1 step down into the downstairs bedroom, and there is an assist bar to use while stepping down for those needing extra support.
- 4 queen sized beds and 1 full bathroom with double vanity are located on the second level. The second level is accessed via a flight of stairs (see photos for reference).
- Lots of prep space on the beautiful quartz countertops in the kitchen, with all the amenities you'll need to prepare meals for dinner at the table that seats 10 guests.
- In the large fenced-in backyard, you'll find a fire pit with benches on the patio - roasting sticks and outdoor blankets are a complimentary amenity for your enjoyment. đ
GUEST ACCESS:
- You'll have access to the entire home.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- You may occasionally hear city noise as this home is in a prime neighborhood with quick access to fantastic local spots. This home is located adjacent to a small and quiet shopping area that has normal business hours - the shopping area is not noisy. The building directly behind the home is a local furniture store.
- Also note that this is a newly renovated home, but still has some of its original 1960s charm - you will notice the original windows and beautiful hardwood floors. đĄ
- This is a newly set up home! Please be patient as the rugs and curtains settle into their new place. đ
- Garage is not available for use.
