With three separate terraces, one off each bedroom and a large central terrace with outdoor dining, and a sun-soaked daybed - guests can all enjoy warm ocean breezes and starry night skies from the comforts of this private residence.

Both bedrooms offer ample space where guests can relax on comfortable beds with luxury linens. Each bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with large vanities and indoor / outdoor showers. There is also a third full bathroom with shower located off the central living space.

• Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.
• A resort fee of $10 - $15 USD per night applies for this complex, depending on length of stay. Cost is included in quote
