Located on a canal that leads to seven Coldwater Lakes (Messenger, South, Cemetery, North, Randall, Morrison and Craig) this family friendly cabin styled home is the perfect place to reconnect with loved ones. Spacious living area on the main floor that opens up to a walk out patio over looking the yard and canal. Whether you are fishing, kayaking, swimming, or boating you will find comfort in the amenities awaiting you after a day on the water and evenings around the fire pit.
The space
Family Room - Awesome Antler Chandelier views while sitting around the Leather Sofa and Love Seat, along with 4 swivel chairs to relax and read a book or watch TV or just gather and talk.

Basement - Rainy Day? its ok. Plenty of entertaining in the game room basement. Beautiful Pool table, Retro Jukebox, Electric Dart Board, Ride on the Electric Elephant, Play Board games, or watch TV.

Connected Shed - Outdoor fun Galore. 4 kayaks, 1 big canoe, Cornhole, Rafts for swimming off the dock, fishing poles and more!!!

Attached Deck - Plenty of table space for outdoor lounging in the sun, eating dinner or lunch or breakfast.

Dock - Dock is great for jumping in the water, fishing off the dock and having a nice refreshing drink while fishing on the attached dock chairs.

Pontoon Boat - The Pontoon boat is available for rent - $200.00 per night of your stay. Boat rental will be discussed and paid for through a different portal than Airbnb... We will discuss details separately.

Bedroom - There are 3 actual bedrooms and a bed in the loft area that acts as a bedroom. 3 of the beds have twin trundle bed stored below.
There is a closet and a dresser in each of the bedrooms.

The long Driveway doubles as a pickle ball court!

Backyard fire pit is surrounded by Adirondack chairs and is perfect for those cool summer nights to toast smores!
