Nestled right in the heart of Coeur D'Alene, our lake house is only a block from the lake and a 5 minute walk to Downtown Coeur D'Alene and all its offerings, yet tucked away on a quiet lot with a private backyard.

Located in one of Coeur D’Alene’s most prestigious and sought after neighborhoods, Fort Grounds, a beautiful tree-lined street in a historic district tucked between North Idaho College and Downtown CDA, a sweet backdrop for new memories during your restful lake getaway. Because of its location and proximity to things, guests can enjoy biking around town, strolling to Downtown shops and restaurants, hiking at Tubbs Hill, taking kids to CDA’s many parks, kayaking or paddle boarding on the lake, or chilling on the beach to play and watch the sun set on beautiful Coeur d'Alene Lake.

We bought this home for our family to enjoy when in CDA because we believe that part of the travel experience is the enjoyment of having a great accommodation. We want our place to have the comforts of home but the elevated experience of a luxurious hotel. Unwind and connect with loved ones in this beautiful custom home that is updated and well-appointed with luxurious furnishing. Hello! I am Abigail hosting for CDA Lake Escape. My family and I greatly appreciate the beauty of nature and the relaxing effects of the outdoors and of the lake. The town of Coeur D'Alene and CDA Lake is lovely all year round, and my family and I hope that our guests will enjoy and love this little slice of heaven as much as we do. My goal as a host is to provide a great space for fun and relaxation, and to give my guests wonderful accommodation to share and create wonderful memories with. I want our guests' stay to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This home is the perfect base for all of Coeur D'Alene attractions, events and festivals. The home is situated a couple blocks from the Ironman start and finish line as well as a block from the Beach which will be the perfect spot to watch the July 4th fireworks. Walk along the 23 miles Centennial trail or hike along Tubbs Hill which is just a few minutes walk from the home. Silverwood Family Theme park is a quick 25-minute drive for some summer fun. During winter time, the Silver Mountain Ski hill is a quick 40 minute drive and offers world class skiing at a family friendly resort, and Schweitzer (the largest resort in Idaho and Washington) is 1.5 hours away.

Our property is only a block from the lake and a 5 minute walk to and from Downtown Coeur D'Alene and the CDA Resort, yet tucked away on a quiet lot with a private backyard in a tree-lined street. The house is a spacious and features gorgeous hardwood flooring throughout the entry, front sitting room (which is ideal for conversation and family bonding), family room, kitchen and dining room which are all in the main level. Top floor hallway, sitting area, and master bedroom also feature gorgeous hardwood flooring. The two other bedrooms are carpeted. Gas fireplaces in family room & MBR, flat screen smart TVs, and a gorgeous fully-equipped kitchen with granite counters, wood cabinetry, and high-end kitchen appliances for easy meal prep, make this home an ideal place for entertaining or just relaxing with friends and family. The front porch and front yard, back patio and backyard, and upper patio makes it easy to come together and enjoy each other’s company or retreat for some alone time. Central air and heat throughout the house makes it very comfortable for sleeping and relaxing during the hot summer weather or cold winter nights. Parking is a premium in downtown CDA but our property comes with street parking permit in front of the property and private parking at the back of the house.
