The space
Brand new building and condo! Inside the condo everything in brand new. Relax in the living room with the cozy ambiance of the electric fireplace. 2 Smart LG TV’s (one in living room and one in the bedroom). YouTube TV gives you access to all live channels and sports or sign into any of your streaming services like Netflix or Prime Video.

Queen size Bassett sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress, so you’ll actually get a good nights sleep! 😴 The coffee table pulls up and extends to create a comfortable dedicated workspace. Fiber internet 🛜 with fast speeds.

There are 4 barstools at the counter and a 4 person table in the open concept kitchen, great for making meals. Enjoy a cup of fresh ground coffee (Higher Grounds organic coffee - Medium Dark Roast) well stocked with Pumpkin Spice, Toasted Marshmallow and Gingerbread syrup, creamer, sugar and tea ☕️ (we also have a step stool between the refrigerator and the wall if needed).

The bedroom has a Beautyrest queen hybrid memory foam/inner coil mattress with rapid cool gel memory foam for a cool comfortable nights rest. Blackout window treatments allow you to sleep till your hearts desire. There is a chest of drawers and hooks in the bedroom along with 2nd smart LG TV and a phone charger at each nightstand. Oh!….and a tower fan with 5 settings for your comfort. 🫶

The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner & body wash. We provide a hairdryer and almost everything else you might need on your stay.

The Laundry room houses the washer & dryer & are available for your use along with detergent & stain remover. We also have a counter top ironing board, iron and drying rack.

The roof top deck is located on the 5th floor, there are 4 hot tubs that are available to all guests in the building.

The building does have an elevator available for easy access to each floor.
Guest access
The building does not have the permanent keypad installed yet since construction is still being completed on some floors. There is a lockbox on the back building entrance that you will receive the code to access.

The condo itself has a smart lock, you will be supplied with a custom code that is generated prior to your stay. This means you can check in anytime after 3pm and you have no keys to keep track of 🙌
Other things to note
This is a brand new construction condo and building, there is still construction 🚧 onsite, the builder is concrete construction so you should not hear much if anything during working hours. The rooftop deck/hot tubs are available to use but evening/weekends are probably the best time to use them when no one is working up there.
