Thank you for your feed back, we are sorry that our home didn’t meet your size expectation or the beautiful mountain can be seen outside the main entrance or the master bedroom beautiful enough, we are very clear on the rooms and size we show on our pictures posted , we post the house rules at the entrance to help our guests have the best stay, if you consider a reminder sign not to smoke inside or how to use the thermostat too much they are designed for those who need a little more help, we never had anyone complain before about our brand new furnishings, but at times there could be one that it is hard to please no matter how peaceful a pasture with horses can be outside your bedroom window. We provide a very affordable, super clean, nicely furnished and decorated home, it is not a hotel so yes we asked to be respectful of our place the great majority have very much enjoyed their stay.

Crystal, it is unfortunate that the information about the house rules was not read prior to making your booking, house rules are simply made to be respected, followed and not negotiated to be broken, we are not a hotel but someones home, the use of our home is intended for those on a reservation only, as it is clearly stated on the information prior to reserve and at the entrance, part of the reason why is because we are part of a community association were we have rules to be followed in order to allow us to rent out to people, the maximum allowed in a reservation and in the home its 6 and not 20, the home is not that big with more people in it causes more usage of supplies, takes more time to clean the home , damages like on the first day of your group arrival the plants on the driveway were all stepped on and destroyed without any disregard from your group, this is just one of a few damages done , thinks like this causes issues for me and the community, our home set up works for those who want to have a very clean , comfortable , affordable place to stay , it is not a home you rent to have a party and a big gathering to use and cause damages and leave behind and yes when we start getting messages from our neighbors there is definitely a problem to be looked into. I sent you messages to try to get the situation corrected but you did not respond to , as a host I then had to get VRBO involved, and to be aware, VRBO instructed me to terminate your reservation without a refund and I could had terminated the reservation from the 1st day but I told VRBO I didn’t want to do that and instead try to manage the situation with you and your group, representing other host please next time be mindful and respectful of the homes and its rules that your group stays, it will be greatly appreciated, than you.
