Sliding glass doors brighten the living room with natural light. Decorative touches like shells, starfish, beachscapes, and indoor tropical flowers enhance the feeling of island style serenity. To top it all off, the entirety of the living area opens up to the balcony, so you’ll be able to enjoy the comforts of both the interior and exterior at the same time.
The kitchen features barstool chairs along the granite countertop. You’ve got all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare everything from a sit-down dinner to tropical blended drinks to sip on the balcony as you enjoy the incomparable Marco Island sunset (depending on the time of year).
The balcony is also the ideal place to start your day, with chairs and tables overlooking thick clusters of palm trees and lush tropical mangroves bordered by the turquoise ocean. Being a wing unit, you get an additional front-facing balcony overlooking Marco Island, so you’ll be able to switch balconies each day.
The bright bedrooms feature ample closet and drawer space and all the colors and comforts of the tropics. The master bedroom also features a television and sliding door access to the balcony, so you can fall asleep to fragrant ocean breezes and the sound of waves breaking on the shore.
