Amazing Silverado lodge at the base of Park Cityâs Canyons Village. Our condo is a 5 minute walk or jump on the shuttle out front to hit the slopes. When your time on the mountain is done come home to the pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room. Enjoy our gym while you are here. In the room we have a queen size bed and 55 inch TV mounted above the fireplace. The kitchen has a full size fridge, stove and microwave. In the summer you are a couple minute walk to the great bands who play at the summer concert series. Our studio condo in the Silverado Lodge Resort is a great base for your skiing/boarding and summer mountain adventures.
We had an enjoyable stay and found the accommodations comfortable. The owner responded to a request for a couple of things that were missing (rubber mat for shower and extra bedding) which we appreciated. The building itself, seemed a bit old and dim. The sauna was broken the entire we were there and the elevators were out except for the last day, The location was pretty good but a good hike up to the lifts if you were carrying anything. The buses ran quite regularly in the morning which was nice.
The walk to the base village wasnât bad at all for me (wearing snowboard boots). I made basic meals in the room and enjoyed some local dining options as well. The lower level garage parking is very nice. Staff was super helpful. Iâd definitely stay at the Silverado again.
Place was convenient as far as the location. Although had some problems but host was very responsive and tried to make the situation better. Elevator was out upon check in and they offered me a small refund.
The studio is clean, comfortable and in a great location. Walk to the lifts in 5 mins or take the shuttle which is reliable; about every 7-15 minutes. Ski lockers available and parking included. Weâve stayed at the Silverado before and have made it our go-to. The hosts for this unit are great. We Would highly recommend for two people.
This is a Studio Apt (no couch) at the Silverado Lodge. It's about a 10 minute walk up a small street to the Red Pine Gondola. There's a shuttle that runs frequently that will take you there.
The kitchen is stocked: 2 coffee makers, pots, pans, dishes, full sized fridge. Very nice. The bed was very comfortable.
We arrived after midnight and there was someone at the desk to make us keys for our room.
The kitchen trash & recycling were not taken out. The next morning, we tried to give the trash/recycling to the cleaning staff, but they said b/c this unit is privately owned and booked through VRBO, they were not responsible for it. We took it to the front desk & got the same answer: contact the host. After many attempts, the front desk finally took the trash & recycling.
We let the host know and she was responsive and very apologetic.
We asked the front desk for pool towels. They said the host had to provide them. We just used our room towels.
We needed toilet paper, dish soap and trash bags.
Same thing, the front desk told us to go through the host. The host was very helpful and had someone deliver the products and extra towels during our stay.
We also had no hotwater for 2 days and had to work with host for the building management to fix it.
The host offered a small discount/refund but after taxes and fees, it was less than $25.00.
Overall, convenient location/good room. Just know you need to go through the host for everything.
Came for a short stay for a day trip at park city. Pros:- Location - Parking garage - Shuttle to lift Cons:- Host very unresponsive - The facility staff were exceptionally rude and treat their VRBO customers like second-class citizens - very thin walls - elevator broken (nightmare with gear and bags)
