Welcome to "Coastal Haven" this 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath home has that WOW factor. The home sits on the sound side with a dock and sound access. Bring your boat (boat lift is currently unavailable) Did we mention that there is a hot tub as well?

The home offers sound and ocean views that are both breathtaking. The backyard feels like a resort, with the heated pool, views and palm trees.

This 6 bedroom home offers 4290 sq ft of living. Use the elevator to take you to the upstairs area, where you will find the expansive living area with 1 full bath and half a bath as well as 2 of the 6 bedrooms. The fully stocked kitchen has all the needs for that "home away from home" feeling. As you prepare your meal you will have great views from all around. Making memories in this area will be easy as there is so much room for everyone to spread out, but be together.

Take the elevator or the stairs down to the bedroom level where you will find the other 4 ensuite bedrooms. You heard that right, every bedroom on this floor, has it's own bathroom.

On the ground floor you will find the pristine manicured lawn with a fenced in pool area. Also on the ground floor you will find an outdoor shower and plenty of storage for your beach gear, kayaks and paddle boards. Walk down to the dock where you can tie up your boat, launch your kayaks or paddle boards.

As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include
- Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer and filters.

A separate security deposit for $1000 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. With credit card matching name on license.

Extra cost for hot tub use and heating the pool between March 1 and June 1, and again between Sept 15 and Dec 15. No pool heating between June 1 and Sept 15.
