Villa Lucky Bees, 329H, is located on the quiet and picturesque North Finger of Jolly Harbour. The villa provides you with everything you need to enjoy a stress-free vacation with family and friends, or an intimate getaway with your partner.
Just a short golf cart ride away you will find many leisure activities such as bars, restaurants and shops of the vibrant Jolly Harbour Marina and a few minutes' walk you can easily enjoy the beautiful secluded North Beach.
The ground floor has an open floor plan complete with kitchen, dining area that seats 4, living room and washroom area with washer, iron and ironing board, and a half bath is also located on the ground floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped featuring a 6-burner stainless steel gas stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer along with all the pots, pans, utensils and wares you need to make all your delicious meals.
The spacious living and dining area is perfect for relaxing after a long day in the sun or sharing a delicious meal. There is also unlimited internet and a Smart TV for your entertainment along with access to a free land-line telephone for making any required local calls and reservations. The living room is air-conditioned.
Sliding glass doors lead to the sundeck where you can enjoy a cool, ocean breeze from the couch or dining area and there is screened door to keeps the bugs and mosquitoes at bay.

The inviting patio is the perfect spot to relax and soak up the Caribbean sunshine. A private boat dock has space to moor a boat of up to 30 feet in length. Outside is equipped with a table that seats four and sun loungers for two. During the day, the retractable awning gives you comfort and shade during the warmer hours and access to the dazzling stars at night.

Take your rest on the upper level in the air-conditioned master suite with a queen-size bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser, a wardrobe and en-suite bathroom that has been fully upgraded. The large patio glass doors infuse the room with plenty of light throughout the day and lead out to the picturesque balcony with outside seating for four and breathtaking views over the marina.

The second guest bedroom is also air-conditioned and has two twin beds, a chair and wardrobe along with its en-suite bathroom.

We've added self-check-in info which you receive within 3 days of travel and will also send you directly a video walk-through of the property along with the key box code to access the villa keys, to make your check-in smooth and effortless.
We are available throughout your stay should you have any problems or have any questions whatsoever. We can also assist in arranging excursions, car hire etc...
We've both been on Antigua for over 25 years, you will find us quite knowledgeable and resourceful.

We’re pleased to let you know that during your stay you now have complimentary access to the following at the new Jolly Harbour Sports Complex; the swimming pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts.
A key fob has been provided and is attached to your villa keys. This fob is required to access the facilities.
Please take care not to misplace or lose the fob, as a replacement fee will apply, and replacements can take some time.

There will be a Tourism Levy Tax at a cost is $5us/ night per person (over the age of 5). We will advise you in your inquiry on the total cost including fees, and add it to Vrbo after confirmation.
There is a welcome binder in the property which you should read on arrival to help you get familiarized with the surrounding, info on the property along with house rules and things to note.

UPON BOOKING: If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourself (ie. work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) and the purpose of your stay.
EARLY CHECK-IN: A guaranteed early check-in can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge, close to arrival.
LATE CHECK OUT: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate the property by 11AM. A guaranteed late check-out can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.
LONGER STAYS: For stays 14 nights and longer, complimentary cleaning may be provided. Details to be confirmed after booking.
