Please read all descriptive information before booking! Enjoy the personal space of a travel trailer on the West Bench. Just 10 minutes to Downtown Boise and about 10 minutes to the airport. This camper has AC and Heating, propane stove, microwave, and fridge . The water heater is small so travelers will need to be conscious of water consumption (and may request using the bathroom in the house). The shower may be difficult for taller people as it is camper sized as well as the toilet.
Absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN CAMPER.
No Bleach**
Animals: If animal(s) is ever unattended, please kennel.
If kennel(s) is needed, please check with me as I may have an appropriate size for an extra $5 fee.
KEEP ANIMALS OFF BEDS please. we love hosting animals and we dont want to charge more but having your furries on the beds make it very difficult to get hair off. so please help us to be able to continue to host your furry friends! the couch is great for them or the pet bed we have left in camper for your use.
*********You may request longer stays but please keep in mind that I will have to take the camper to a dump station when the tanks are full (probably about once a week depending on water use).
The bed has a memory foam topper for comfort, Bunk beds XL, and a loveseat that turns into a full size bed. Wifi is available coming from the house. There parking spots available. One that per request can be Fully gated. Neighborhood is safe, friendly, and quiet!
Here are a few guidelines to help your stay be more comfortable:
Heat: Their is a wall plug electric heater that is available which is very efficient at heating the camper, you are welcome to move to where your preference is. The camper also has a thermostat you can turn up if needed.
Refrigerator: if you would like to use the freezer/refrigerator, you will need to turn it on. Look for the on/off button above the refrigerator and press the button. The Auto light will come on to indicate that it is working.
Water: There is a reservoir of water and a pump under the couch. The pump will turn on when you use water and will turn back off once the pressure is restored.
If there is no water flowing, you maybe out of water or the pump may be turned off.
If for any reason the pump doesn't turn off, you may be out of water.
You may turn the pump on/off using a switch beside the kitchen sink that is labeled "pump".
There is also a button labeled "fresh" above that button to monitor how much water you have.
Please let us know if there are any issues and we'll gladly drop by to fix them.
Hot Water: if you have no hot water, the boiler pilot may have turned off.
there is an unlabeled black switch by the kitchen sink that turns the boiler pilot on/off.
let us know if there are any issues and we'll drop by to resolve them.
Washer and Dryer: These are available upon request only. $5 Load, includes w/d/Gain detergent and downy softener.
