This home is also conveniently located near many restaurants, beaches, and recreational attractions (see below)!

Essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper/oil, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent and dryer sheets are all provided in ample quantities to eliminate your need to waste time stocking bulk item essentials.

Arriving late? No problem - we ensure your ability to start the first morning right by stocking a starter kit of coffee (decaf and regular), sweetener, creamer and assorted teas.

This incredible property offers soaring ceilings, a heated saltwater pool, spa and a fantastic outdoor space and lounge area. Amenities such as pool floaties/toys, beach gear, sand toys, yard games, kids toys/books and board games are available to ensure you have a fantastic stay. There are numerous day trips and local attractions to make the most of your time in sunny Southwest Florida, or you can simply enjoy your time at this private oasis. We look forward to hosting you!

Guest access
The entire property is accessible to guests, except for the owner's garage stall (2 stall area available to guests). A keypad code will be provided for easy check in.

NEARBY BEACHES
The Marlin Villa is located within an easy drive of numerous spectacular beaches! Below are some of our favorite beaches listed based on proximity to the home:

-Yacht Club Beach (~6 miles). Sandy riverfront beach with fishing pier, playground, restrooms, picnic shelters & BBQs. The restaurant and large clubhouse were damaged in Hurricane Ian and are currently being rebuilt. Parking is limited for now due to construction.

-Fort Myers Beach (~17 miles). Open for walking, lounging, etc; however, it is not advised to enter the water at this time due to damage from Hurricane Ian.

-Sanibel Island (~20 miles). Some of the best beaches in Florida for shelling. Two beaches are currently open to the public, but require planning ahead as parking passes are limited and reserved prior.

-Barefoot Beach in Bonita Springs (~29 miles South). This beach is adjacent a larger nature preserve that is one of the last undeveloped barrier islands of SW Florida and provides a phenomenal get away experience.

-Naples (~40 miles South). Over 10 miles of white sandy beaches.

-Venice Beach (~57 miles North). About an hour drive, Venice Beach is one of our favorites! Venice beach is a quiet, fun beach located near a quaint downtown. The sunsets at Venice Beach are phenomenal!

-Blind Pass Beach in Englewood (~64 miles NW). This is a popular spot for sifting for shark teeth in knee deep water - a really fun experience!

OTHER FUN THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA
-Visit an elephant sanctuary
-Book a fan boat tour to view alligators and wildlife
-Schedule a fishing charter (many charters pick up in Matlacha ~8 miles from the house, and will take you on a tour of the nearby islands which have bars/restaurants and less crowded beach space to enjoy)
-SunSplash Waterpark in Cape Coral, which is a family fun waterpark typically open from March through October.

-MLB Minnesota Twins Spring Training at Hammond Stadium in Fort Myers (~14 miles) in February and March.
-MLB Boston Red Sox Spring Training at JetBlue Park in Fort Myers (~18 miles) in February and March.
