The Villa
Villa Las Palmas is designed around relaxed indoor-outdoor Caribbean living. High ceilings, handcrafted wood details and Balinese-inspired architecture create open, inviting spaces filled with natural light and tropical breezes.

The villa includes four bedrooms:

• Primary Suite – King bed with private bathroom
• Guest Bedroom 1 – Two Queen beds with private bathroom
• Guest Bedroom 2 – Two Queen beds with private bathroom
• Guest Bedroom 3 – Two Queen beds with private bathroom

Each bedroom has its own air-conditioning unit and private bathroom. The villa also provides spacious indoor living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable spaces for families and groups to gather.

Private Pool, Jacuzzi & Outdoor Living
Much of life at Villa Las Palmas happens outdoors.
Spend the morning enjoying coffee overlooking the golf course, relax beside your private swimming pool during the afternoon, or unwind in the Jacuzzi in the evening.

Guest Access
Guests have use of the entire villa, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, indoor and outdoor living spaces, private pool, Jacuzzi, terraces and grounds.

A separate service Casita is located on the property. During the day, the Casita may be used by the Concierge/Property Manager while assisting guests. If optional cook service is requested, the cook may stay overnight in the Casita so she can provide meal service throughout the day.

The level of on-site assistance is entirely up to you. Our Concierge/Property Manager can remain available at the villa during the day, or, if you prefer additional privacy, remain on call and come to the villa whenever assistance is requested.

Optional Private Cook
A private cook is available for an additional daily fee.

Cook service is reserved by the day rather than by individual meal. When reserved, your cook can prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner according to your preferences.
You may choose from available menus or request your own meals. Guests are responsible for groceries and ingredients. You may purchase groceries yourself or provide a shopping list and arrangements can be made to obtain groceries before or during your stay.

Fresh local seafood, including Caribbean lobster and locally caught fish, may also be arranged when available.

Maid Service
For stays longer than three days, daily maid service is included.
Maid service includes cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas, making beds, general tidying and towel service as needed.

Golf Cart & Bicycles
A 6–7 passenger electric golf cart is available for an additional daily rental fee. It is a convenient way to travel throughout Puntacana Resort & Club to the beaches, restaurants, golf courses, spa and recreational facilities.

Additional golf carts can be arranged for larger groups.

Two bicycles are available at the villa free of charge. Additional bicycles may be rented if needed.

Beaches & Resort Access
Beautiful white-sand beaches are only a short walk or golf-cart ride from Villa Las Palmas.

Guests enjoy access to resort beaches and community recreational areas within Puntacana Resort & Club. Beach chairs, umbrellas and nearby food and beverage service make it easy to spend the day beside the Caribbean.

Punta Cana International Airportn (PUJ) is approximately five minutes from the villa by car.

Airport transportation can be coordinated in advance, making arrival especially convenient. Optional airport VIP services may also be arranged separately through the airport.

Puntacana Resort & Club offers a variety of dining experiences ranging from relaxed beachfront restaurants to upscale dining.

Additional restaurants, shopping and services are nearby at Punta Cana Village and BlueMall Punta Cana.

Supermercados Nacional is also nearby for groceries, fresh produce, meat, seafood, bakery items, beverages and other supplies for your stay.

Puntacana Resort & Club is a private gated community. Guest information will be requested before arrival so resort access can be arranged.

Optional cook service, golf-cart rentals, additional bicycle rentals, certain resort amenities, golf, spa treatments, water sports and excursions involve additional fees.

Standard checkout is 11:00 AM. A later checkout may sometimes be possible when there is no incoming reservation that day; please ask in advance.

Checkout: By 11:00 AM; later checkout may be available when there is no same-day arrival.

Children are welcome.

No parties or unauthorized events.

No pets.

No smoking inside the villa. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Guests are expected to treat the villa, furnishings and appliances with reasonable care.

At checkout, please notify the Property Manager and return all house keys, golf-cart keys and any other keys provided during your stay.

We provide as much—or as little—assistance as you prefer.

Our Concierge/Property Manager can be available at the villa throughout the day to assist with transportation, dining, golf, excursions, groceries and other needs. Guests who prefer additional privacy may instead have the Property Manager remain on call and visit the villa only when requested.
