Here's what you can expect from the main spaces of this apartment:

◆ The living room boasts plush carpeting and beautiful hardwood flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. Enjoy entertainment on the high wall-mounted flat-screen SMART TV, and relax on the super comfy couch, which can also be pulled out to accommodate extra sleeping arrangements.
◆ The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, including a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary pods for your morning perk-ups.
◆ The spacious dining area, flooded with natural sunlight, features a table set for 4 guests and can double as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.
With 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, this 821 sq ft | 76 sqm apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably, with a king bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the common area.
◆ For added convenience, there is a coin-operated washer and dryer in the shared laundry room located in the hallway.
◆ Parking is hassle-free with 1 reserved parking space attached to the building. Any additional parking must be on the street where permitted.

Please note the following details:

◆ Guests must climb stairs, as there are 2 sets of stairs with 5-6 stairs each leading to the apartment, equipped with handrails for safety.
◆ As this is an apartment complex with 12 units, some general "living" noises may be heard at times.
Complimentary amenities include Wi-Fi, a 55” Smart TV, bed linens, and bath towels. Additionally, we provide some complimentary basics upon arrival, such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay.
◆ To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we enforce a strict no-party policy, and excessive noise is not permitted. The property is equipped with a noise monitoring device called MINUT, which alerts us if noise levels exceed the set limit. Tampering with or disabling this device will result in a $200 fine and immediate removal from the property.

◆ Access codes will be sent within 24 hours of your arrival.
◆ Each guest will have access to their designated parking spot.

Additional information:

◆ Please be aware that guests must climb stairs to access the unit. There are 4-5 steps down to the unit, which is considered a "garden apartment" as it is partially below the main/street level of the building. Additionally, to exit the building, there are two sets of 5-6 stairs with handrails. The coin-operated laundry room is located on the 2nd floor, requiring climbing up and down a few flights of steps.
◆ Due to the nature of the apartment complex, with 12 units, there may be occasional general "living" noises.
◆ One off-street parking space is available with a reserved sign. Please park in the designated spot and refrain from parking on the side of the parking lot designated for the daycare. Additional parking, if needed, must be on the street where permitted. RVs or commercial vehicles are not allowed.

Other things to note

◆ Please be aware that guests must climb some steps to enter the house, including one step at the side entrance and a few steps leading down to the basement.
◆ Pets are not permitted without prior authorization. If approved, there is a $75 pet fee for up to 2 dogs (under 60 lbs). Unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fine per pet. Kindly inform us in advance if you plan to travel with your pets.
◆ Complimentary Wi-Fi, 3 Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and more are provided during your stay for your convenience.
◆ We offer complimentary basic essentials upon your arrival, including soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags for each bin, a roll of paper towels, and some laundry detergent. Please note that these items are not replenished. If you run out, you will need to purchase more.
◆ A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES:

✔ Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.
✔ Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is strictly prohibited inside the home, and the use of recreational drugs on the property is not allowed. Failure to comply will result in a $500 penalty.
✔ Parties/events are not permitted, and illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Excessive noise, including loud music, is not tolerated after 10 pm. Please respect our neighbors.
✔ Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property.
✔ Setting up tents or other structures on the property grounds is not permitted.
✔ Guests are responsible for any charges related to damages incurred during their stay or additional cleaning charges, if necessary.
✔ Guests may be asked to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
✔ Please refrain from moving furniture during your stay.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

-Primary guest is responsible for relaying the house rules to additional guests.

-Primary guest is also responsible for the actions of all other guests on the property including charges accrued.
