This spectacular 4 bedroom mountain townhome is perfect for easy access to the slopes or a summer getaway in the Rocky Mountains. The property is located in the exclusive community of Lakota, directly across from Winter Park Ski Resort.
This 3 level mountain retreat with vaulted ceilings and large windows in the great room, offers approximately 2,000 sq ft with breath taking views of Winter Park ski slopes from the large deck or lower level private hot tub. The main level is comprised of the living area, with a gas log fireplace, powder bath, kitchen, and dining area off the attached one car garage and keyless entry front door.
You will enjoy easy access to Winter Park Ski Resort (Old Town) across the street. The Lift bus stop ski shuttle is a short 2/10th of a mile walk to the end of the street.

Private top floor primary suite with king bed and spacious en-suite bathroom with jetted tub and walk-in shower.
The three lower-level bedrooms include a queen bed with direct hot tub access, a second bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, and a third bedroom with two bunk beds (sleeps 4). A full guest bathroom with tub/shower combo is also available on the lower level.

The Winter Park Resort/Old Town is located across the street from our property and it is a short 4 mile drive to the town of Winter Park, with additional mountain restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and various scheduled events and concerts in the towns new Hideaway Park Amphitheater area.
The popular recreational areas of Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are only a 30-minute drive away. Nearby summer activities include mountain biking, golfing, and hiking. For the fishing enthusiasts in your group, the nearby Frasier River is known for its abundance of trout.

Overflow parking: There is an overflow parking lot on Lakota Trail Drive on the left-hand side of the street when you turn off Highway 40. Please use this lot for additional parking.
We do not allow open fire of any kind on property. Use of the propane BBQ is allowed.

It has been a dream of each of our families to own a mountain property for as long as we can remember. As Colorado natives, we couldn't think of anything better than raising our kids outside and making memories in a cozy mountain home. This year, we were able to make our dreams a reality by partnering with our best friends and purchasing what has become Antler Escapes. We have already had the most amazing times with our families in Winter Park, and we can't wait to share the experience now with you!

As we were exploring Winter Park, one neighborhood kept coming up in our searches and conversations. Lakota. Lakota is not only directly across from Winter Park ski resort, it has stunning panoramic views, and it truly feels like an escape. When you turn onto Antler Way, you become fully immersed in the "small mountain town" experience. You are able to disconnect from the city (while still being a short 6 minute drive from town), and lean into being present and slowing down. Nothing beats sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee looking out over the mountain range on a slow morning before you hit the slopes or head out on the bike.
