Classic comfort and designed with functionality, our Caribbean Showplace is an exceptional find for a variety of adventurers. This one-of-a-kind new condo spans the top 2 floors, providing panoramic views of both the primeval jungle and turquoise waters from INSIDE and OUT. Few units have private access to both views! In a nutshell... "Fabulous!" Isolated. Quiet and with easy walking access to the beach.
Your premier vacation condo is furnished with a combination living room, breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen including filtered drinking water and ice from special dispensers, and an automatic dishwasher. Each individually designed guest room has a desk and a dedicated full bathroom with luxurious amenities. There are two flat-screen Smart TVs, one in the primary king guestroom and one in the common living room. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer / dryer.
Two jungle and ocean balconies and floor to ceiling glass are constant reminders of why you have come to the Riveria Maya. Featuring a beautiful penthouse on the 4th floor with an entertainment area where you can enjoy the incredible views of the sea from sunrise to sunset. Complete, covered outdoor kitchen with grill, bar space, sink and dining table for 6. Comfy lounge seating awaits you for happy hour or for that perfect spot to read your favorite book.
Our unit is only 1 of 2 that have a reserved parking space! It is also an end unit, assuring the best privacy. There's a plunge pool on the public roof top immediately next door.

Our property is one of the few that have both a seaside and jungle views, with a private rooftop penthouse. We also are one of 2 properties that have a dedicated parking space. Our condo is a short walk (approximately 5 minutes) to the beach.
